Established in 1945.

Louis J. Kirsch, Jr. started our business in 1945. From there we have always been a small family own business helping the people of Waltham sell, buy and rent real estate. Today the business is run by the grandsons of Mr. Kirsch and are 3rd generation REALTORS continuing the family legacy.

I’ve been a tenant of Kenneth and Dewey Brown with Kirsch for the past 3 years. Although I had some trouble with the neighborhood, Ken and Dewey have always been most responsive to any needs that I had. They’re friendly and easy to work with. As a single woman living in an apartment, I always felt safe and their vendors (plumbers, electricians) always supplied speedy service… even when I blew out my apartment with an A/​C unit on a hot summers night at 1am!
There are a lot of bad landlords in this city… the Browns certainly do not fall into that category.

I worked with Kenneth Brown in helping me to find tenants for my condo. I was nervous about having tenants move in that would ruin the condo. Kenneth visited my condo and provided me with the market value for monthly rent. I then agreed to work with him to show the condo to perspective tenants. Kenneth did such a great job selecting tenants for me that the very first couple he showed the condo to wanted it. Furthermore, these same tenants have been renting the condo for the past four months and there have been no issues. In fact, they are extremely kind and respectful. The most important thing as a landlord, beyond being kind and responsive to your tenants, is to find great tenants because they can make it a fun experience or turn it into a nightmare. I believe Kenneth Brown has the expertise and knowledge to get you the perfect tenants every time.
While Kenneth is always responsive when you email or call him, I could tell he had a lot of work in progress. One email he sent had the wrong rental property address and there were a few times where the tenants and I were waiting on Kenneth to perform the next action item. Not really a big deal, just had to follow up with him at times.
I look forward to working with Kenneth again.
