The service is ALWAYS phenomenal! However, if you go during peak times you can expect to be waiting for a table. This isn’t as bad in the spring and summer since they have do have a nice patio. They could use more staff in the dining room OR simply install soda fountains so customers can get their own refills. To get a refill on soda you’ll be waiting a while. For fast food it is really good, but it is still fast food and it’s on the pricey side.

First time at Chick-​Fil A. Im giving a 4 because the service was exceptional. The staff is really friendly but I cant lie the food reminds me of Wendy’s. The spicy chicken sandwich was great and so was the diet lemonade (which you can get free refills). I was disappointed that they only have waffle fries and the fries truly needed some salt maybe they gave me a bad batch. Good choices of sauces tho especially the chick fil A sauce.

This place isn’t bad. I would easily drive by Wendy’s or KFC in order to go here instead. I think the question here is would I drive half an hour to go here? No I would not. Chicken is weakly flavored and not exciting. I had high hopes for the fries. They are not seasoned. This place is just very bland.

It’s fast food… nothing more, nothing less. Problem is the long wait whenever you go there. Is i better than KFC??? Absolutely! BUT, it’s fast food no matter how you look at it. Definitely, not worth a 15 – 20 minute wait.

My sister and I needed an indoor place to bring my nieces to play and CFA was the perfect location! Since my sister and I were visiting family in the area we didn’t know much about where to go or what to do on a cold and snowy afternoon, but we did know that CFA back home has a nice playground area we knew it would be a good choice in Warwick too.
When we arrived around 2 on a Tuesday it wasn’t that crowded. We ordered a meal at the counter and went to the table to wait. While waiting a woman who worked for CFA came over to bring the girls a cute place setting (paper that stuck to the table to avoid a mess). It was very thoughtful of her. A few minutes later the food was ready and we were all eating and enjoying our meals. By the time we were done my nieces were so ready to play and use the slide! My sister and I cleaned up our table and then went into the play area. I think it might be soundproof which is a good thing since the girls were yelling and screaming (our of excitement). I think we let them play for a little over an hour and they had a blast!
Since we were going to be going home around dinner time I thought it would be a good idea to bring home some CFA for dinner. It was my understanding that none of my family had ever had CFA before-​shameful! So while the girls were playing I ordered a few chicken nuggets and a large salad to bring home. When the food was ready one of the workers actually brought it over to the play area in a bag with all the condiments and dressings needed. So wonderful of him!
I always say that CFA is my favorite fast food place and it really is. No matter where in the country you are (FL, MO, AL, RI, etc) you will always have the best CFA experience since the people working there are so helpful and friendly. Thanks CFA-​Warwick for the great experience (and for a place for the girls to play)!

Would have given it more stars if 1) We didn’t have to wait for 15 minutes for 2 meals…2) We didn’t have to eat in our car because there wasn’t any open tables.
But it’s much better than KFC, BK, or McD’s…

Terrible. I am not a fan. Chicken is juicy but feels chewy. Fries were cold. Entire meal made me feel sick. On the other hand, my husband loves it.

I went for the first time cause my husband is crazy obsessed with it. Well I LOVE IT!!! So good! And the front end people are amazingly friendly and actually try and get to know you.

I’ve Chick-​fil-​A many times across the south and the consistency and quality is fantastic. No different here in Warwick. The best chicken sandwich, period.

Crunched for time at 11pm on a Friday night I was searching online for places that would cater a sizable party tray for 8 – 10 people.
For the following morning.
Yes, I was looking for the impossible. Catering done in the next 12hrs. I searched and found Chick-​fil-​A. My initial thought was: «Chick-​fil-​A does catering?!?» In a moment of desperation, I just went for it.
Boy was I glad I did. I came in for pick up the following Saturday afternoon and the place was PACKED. The drive thru was packed. The dining area was packed and there were lines everywhere! Mind you this is the first time I ever came and ate at this franchise let alone this establishment! It was a bit shocked to say the least. I took this as a good sign that the food was good… But uncertain how rapid or decent a catering tray from a fast food chain would come out.
Luckily after a long line and a short wait time I was given my two party trays (one hot chicken strip tray with Chick-​fil-​A sauce, one assorted cold cut with chicken wraps and sandwiches) and a gallon of sweetened iced tea. The manager kindly handed me the large order and I was on my merry way.
The party tray was a hit at the get together and it tasted pretty good. I was very satisfied. Crazy crowds aside, it was delicious. The chicken strips were hot and juicy. The sandwiches were filled just right and was not inundated mayo like I had expected it to be.
On a customer service and food level they get an A+ from me. The crowds on Saturday would maybe be my only turn off. But that is of no fault of the establishment. They make pretty good stuff and are the only Chick-​fil-​A in RI so they get two thumbs up from me.
Definitely will come back and try some of the actual orders. Seeing as my catering experience went so well, I have high hopes.

Love the chicken sandwich with waffle fries !!! Can’t get enough of this place! I wish there was one in providence! The food is as fresh as junk food can be — lemonade is also relish! Chicken nuggets are still unhealthy but I think a better choice than mcdonalds for little ones!

Okay so yeah it’s a chicken place with a cow in front telling you to eat more chicken. I love my chicken don’t get me wrong but I don’t know I had a couple bad experiences here with being cheated of my fries lol. Fill the ducking cup and please please make sure they are hot not like warm/​cold I love that they are waffle fries. I have tried to take a chance and return and still a disappointment. I guess I’ll stick to going to KFC

I’ve never been disappointed by Chick-​fil-​A. Their chicken seems like real chicken believe it or not. And like other fast food places I don’t feel sick & regret my decision halfway through a meal.
But seriously, the quality of the food is definitely too good to be called «fast food» the likes of McDonalds & Wendy’s. I don’t know how they do it but every meal seems fresh. The waffle fries don’t seem like they’ve been frozen or sitting under a heat lamp all day too. And the milkshakes are delicious.
The staff at the Warwick location are friendly & efficient. The place is always jamming when I’ve been there & I’ve never had a long wait for my meal.
And they don’t skimp on the sauce! If you ask to try them all they don’t hesitate to let you take more than one flavor. That’s service! Yes, the Polynesian sauce is absolutely phenomenal.

Service is fast, accurate and super-​friendly. I’ve recently grown wildly addicted to the Asian chicken salad – gorgeous pieces of that sumptuous breaded chicken breast delicately nestled in a bed of fresh and varied lettuce. Honey sesame dressing and a confetti of crisp wonton strips are an amazing complement to one of the best fast-​food salads I’ve eaten. Enjoy!

Being from the Midwest, I have enjoyed the spicy chicken deliciousness from Chick for quite some time. The Warwick location is akin to the Midwest restaurants that I’ve visited. The chicken is consistent and the help, albeit young and inexperienced, is friendly and helpful.
The spicy chicken sandwich with the pepper jack cheese is the best. Be sure to ask for bbq and buffalo sauces on the side. Mix the sauces and dip your sandwich in that gloriousness for one of the best tastes ever.

I have to say. this was my first chic-​fil-​a visit and it was for breakfast. My kids ordered the breakfast burritos and hash browns. i had the chic-​n-​minis which consists of a light fluffy honey touched bun with chunk chicken bites.
Both kids loved there burritos and my sandwiches were perfect. Highly recommend here for breakfast. prices are great too. the staff are highly knowledgeable about there products and can even print out a neutrition report for anything on menue.

My very first experience with Chick-​fil-​A was at the Philadelphia airport. I wasn’t impressed but figured «eh it’s airport food, maybe the real deal isn’t like this». I couldn’t have been more right.
Rhode Island, ever late to the party, finally got a Chick-​fil-​A and after waiting a few months for the storm of eager patrons to die down, a friend and I made the journey to Warwick to sample the famous chicken sandwich. I got the #3: a spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a drink. The cashier was super friendly and answered some questions I had about my meal and about some other menu items I might be interested in trying. We had a seat and our meal was brought to us! This is fast food on a whole different level! Table service? Nice.
My sandwich was super hot and fresh. My fries were perfect. I was even excited about the crushed ice in my cherry Coke. While we chowed down a member of the staff came over and asked us how our meal was and if we needed any refills or sauces. We didn’t but we thanked her for the hospitality, which I have never experienced in another fast food establishment.
The place was very busy and the seating inside was a bit limited. The outside seating looks great, sadly it was raining so we couldn’t partake but there is plenty of seating when the weather is nice.
I would definitely make another trip to try some other items. I have my eye on the frozen lemonade (lemonade and vanilla ice cream blended) Yea. I think I’m interested Chick-​fil-​A, say no more.

This Chick-​fil-​A is great! I was very impressed by the staff and the food!
My boyfriend and I came here for the first time today. He ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich, fries, and a water. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, fries, and a fruit punch. Our cashier was super sweet. She let me known that I get free refills on my fruit punch. She asked if we wanted any sauces (we choose honey mustard) and told us to sit down and then someone would bring our food out.
We sat in a booth in the back. Barely two minutes later, another worker (I don’t really know what to call them) brought over our food! It was nice and hot. We loved that the fries were waffle fries and that the honey mustard went perfect with them. My boyfriend loved his sandwich and ate it all! My spicy chicken sandwich was so good too! It came with monterey jack cheese on it! It wasn’t too spicy either which was great because I’m not the most tolerant when it comes to spicy food but I love the flavor.
As I was leaving, I got a refill. The cashier was so sweet and struck up a conversation with us. We both left feeling great. It was such a different experience from your normal fast food restaurant. I can’t wait to come back again.
