Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick

I had a specific vehicle that I wanted, they said they could bring it from one of their other locations. I showed up to test drive and they never got the vehicle. Well it sold the following day. I gave salesman another opportunity, but caught him in at least 2 lies. Horrible experiance.

The Manager Neil Ferreira is a Dam liar and crook and Herb backs this kind of behavior!!! You would think this dealership is being run by Buddy Cianci!!! The service sucks our car is still broke been back 10 times plus asked for service records to send into cadillac. Get a load of this!!! After receiving all of our records yes 4 mounts of records we found that they where all Forged and changed!!! Yep the date on every single piece of paper we received had the same date as the drop off date the first time it went in for service! How convent dates on all service records from 10+ visits have all been changed!!! Yes all of the 10 visits show the same date!!! Let me tell you why! In Order to file a lemon law you have to have your car serviced more than 3 times for the same issue with the dates all the same it looks as if the car wasn’t fixed but 1 time Slick Herb You let your dealer run this way and your manager Neil is able to do this to paying customers who shelled out 70k on a Brand new 0 Milage vehicle!!! No one care two shits about a brand new car what and it’s warrantee let me tell you if Herb Chambers whats to burn records and not cover repairs they 100% will at your expense PERIOD!!! Care and service does not exist people if Herb Chambers says so!!! Herb should be ashamed of himself letting his dealers be run like this letters have been sent to herb and cadillac and Herb must have bought his way into being able to run one of the crappiest dealerships on the planet I will never step foot on another herb chambers owned property in my life and will make sure I let everyone know the TRUTH about how he has become a Billionaire CROOK!!! You have been warned stay clear of the shady dealer who will only do what benefits them not you as a customer!!!

I was looking online for a rare car. The SLK 32 AMG. I happened to find the exact one I wanted with low milage at Herb Chambers Cadillac. It was brought in as a trade-​in and was available to be seen on the showroom floor. I drove down to Rhode Island and I was connected with Roberto who was most helpful. He was friendly, very knowledgable and thrilled about the car, this made me even more excited. I have to say Roberto is a phenomenal representative at this dealership. We took it for a test drive, and I was almooost hooked… but Roberto really made me feel like this was the car for me! After telling me all about the special details, the history of this car and model, I felt like I couldn’t leave it behind. I didn’t want anyone else to come down and drive away with it but me. With Roberto’s encouragement, I decided to put money down on the car that day. Roberto introduced me to Paul in finance who was also an awesome representative of the dealership and turned out to be an optimal person to work with in financing. I sat and awaited for a bank to approve me, while certain circumstances made it difficult to find a bank that would let me finance this car, I just had almost decided to walk away from the deal. Almost all banks were turning me down. Again, Roberto encouraged me, without any pressure, to let Paul give it a few more tries. Paul worked hard to find financing for me, and he did. These two amazing Cadillac reps, got me into my dream car. It’s sitting outside in the driveway right now! I encourage anyone interested in buying to first visit Cadillac in Warwick. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. They kept me on track to get turned in everything I needed to seal the deal. I’m actually going to get a winter car soon, it will by default be a Cadillac, just because I only want this kind of top grade service again. I will drive the 2 hours from Boston to Warwick because the customer service here makes it worth it.
If you visit Cadillac, ask for Roberto and Paul!

I came to Herb Chambers Cadillac in Warwick where my sales man David Card really helped me narrow down my search and get me into a car I really liked. He was also very professional and helpful going through the leasing and buying process.

Update on this… I had to lower the review to one star because I couldn’t do zero. I still say that Harold was great. But, in addition to the bumper mentioned below, I noticed that the rear defrost on the car wasn’t working. I called saying I didn’t think it was working — pretty soon after I bought the car,…but, thinking that it was Herb Chambers and they stand behind their products, I said I would make sure… I confirmed and eventually got it fixed. $ 300. (At this point, I hadn’t even received the $ 100…still haven’t). I called and told them that I paid. crickets. Had to call several times. They finally agreed to $ 200 of the $ 500 I had to shell out.
In summary. If you want a car that NEEDS $ 500 in work and you want to deal with a company generous enough to give you 40% of that. Otherwise, take your business elsewhere!
I’m giving 2 stars because Harold, the sales guy, was outstanding. But, soon after purchasing my (used) car, I heard a noise when I hit any kind of bump. I live far away from the dealership, so I brought the car to a place near my house… they told me the dealership had painted the bumper and did not reattach the bottom. I said to go ahead and fix it… I paid $ 200.
I contacted Herb Chambers about reimbursement. They agreed to pay half. They sold me a car with an unattached bumper and they took HALF responsibility. How am I responsibility for a penny of this?
I loved Harold. There’s NO WAY Herb Chambers of Warwick (or, likely, any Herb Chambers) will get any more business from me.

We bought a Jeep Liberty but it had water stains all around the inside of the roof. It also had a low tire pressure light that won’t go away. There was also a cracked windshield and no inspection sticker. Overall, it was a horrible and time consuming experience and we ended up returning the vehicle. George was awesome but the whole ordeal wasn’t.

One star is lucky. I came in with my 2007 Saturn Aura with a check engine light. The previous night I went to Atuo Zone to get the code checked, I was told the code and decided to go to Herb Chambers. They wanted $ 100 for a diagnostic, but I already knew what was wrong, but that seemed to be of no consequence to AJ (the guy on the desk) I have been waiting here for 3+ hrs and keep being told another half hour diagnostics are still tunning! * to be continued*
Finally after going to the desk to get an update after 3 hrs of waiting. I was told, what I already knew and it was going to cost me the best part of $ 500!!! I was amazed. They wouldn’t even give me the part number, so I could get it done somwhere other than here. They wouldn’t even wave the diagnostic fee which really irritated me. The service desk is severely under staffed and AJ needs to learn about customer service and keep you updated.
In conclusion don’t come here they seem to be ripoff merchants. The only customers they seem to care about and give updates to are customers that have cars from Herb Chambers recently, which is a joke I bought my car brand new from Herb Chambers in Seekonk.

Kenny was a great salesmen. He had the answers to most of the question I asked and if he did not know something he found it out for me. He is the reason I bought the car at Herb Chambers
