the Oliver family has owned and operated Sunnyside restaurant for 29 years! Father and son cooking behind the grill everyday! It’s more like being at home than going out for Breakfast or lunch! We enjoy our loyal customers and friends and can’t wait to meet more of you! See you soon!

Visited Sunnyside for the first time. Was impressed with the large breakfast menu. Every type of omelette you can think of. The scrambled eggs were delicious. The home fries were wonderful and not greasy like some breakfast restaurants. The coffee was good and the service was excellent. Our waitress made sure everything was to our liking and she kept our coffee mugs full. Will be back.

Ive been coming here since the week I bought my house 11 years ago. Its a quitisential RI greasy spoon diner with decent food and friendly service. The omelets have always been great and their Holidise is perfect.

This is a hidden gem tucked in Warwick Neck. We went there for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised. Karen our waitress was wonderful! Fantastic customer service ! Tons of items on the menu. It was hard for me to choose. Ended up with the Cheese Lover’s omelette and the Loaded Home Fries. Delicious !!!

Service was great, our waitress was very nice. The food was decent, I ordered the Philly eggs Benedict. The price were cheap and good. The coffee was fresh which was nice. It wasn’t anything spectacular but I would go again if I were in the area.

Their home fries are amazing, pretty sure all the reviews will tell you as much. But rest assured, the rest of your breakfast will be just as good!
I had an omelet that was done perfectly. My wife’s waffle combo came with a dense, substantial Belgian waffle, perfectly crisp bacon, and delicious sausage.
It was all simple food, but they just do everything right here. The friendly staff makes it even better. Oh and their signs about coffee makes it seem like they really get me. For example, «Instant human: just add coffee» and «I don’t have a problem with caffeine, I have a problem without it.» They speak my language!
We’re only in town for a week, but one bite into breakfast we knew we’d be back. Too bad we can’t transport this place back to Houston…

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Big smiles and courteous service. Big omelettes at a very good price. Simple fare served with kindness. Seemed like the staff knew many people by name. They brewed a fresh pot of coffee to insure it was fresh when I ordered.

Great little place that is accommodating of big groups. The menu is extensive (like 20+ options for omelettes, or you can choose your own), prices are fair, and service is friendly. We had an awesome family breakfast here and would definitely come back.

The service is just ok and they usually look annoyed when you come in and sit down. When ordering you have to keep it basic, and don’t ask for the steak and eggs because they do not have steak. They will offer you shaved streak but that is not the same. The quality of the good was better ten years ago and it is not worth the time it takes to cook. I would skip this place and find something better.

The staff treats you like family! The prices are so low for what you get. Always have great specials. Check their facebook for deals & specials. I’ve been coming here with my son since he was born. He knows every Saturday morning this is our spot. When Kelly sees my car pull up she gets our drinks & fruit to the table before we even get through the door. Now THATS service!

Went here for the first time today. It was pretty good. They had run out of steak which was a bummer for my husband as he wanted steak and eggs, but he ended up going with the sausage and gravy biscuits which he seemed to enjoy. I got a «4×2» which was 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, and french toast (or pancakes). It was fairly decent. I didn’t feel like there were enough eggs but that was okay. The french toast was very heavily sprinkled with cinnamon.
Overall I would say it is pretty average breakfast joint, on the better side. The service was very friendly and prompt. The menu is huge so I would look forward to going back again and trying out some different options. I recommend!

In a world where nasty little food bourne illnesses didnt exist id think this place was great. However neither of us can get past the nasty appearance this place has and i dont mean they could change up the décor. Its more like scrub the counters/​floors/​tables and repair holes. Seriously? Id think u take your health in your hands eating here and just had to be honest.

Flying out of PVD and our plane was late showing up. Asked the fine folks at Northstar Aviation if there was a breakfast place nearby. «Sure, there’s an IHOP across the street». Errr… Ummm… Ya…
I have a severe allergy to the waffle house, Denny’s and IHOP. Unilocal me out brother! Hmm… Sunnyside looks good.
I went with the old stand by. Two over easy, hash and grilled english. Food was good but the hash wasn’t great. They did have a ton of omelets on the menu.
Super friendly service and worth a stop by.
