I have a very similar experience as others who have posted. We too purchased a Living Social coupon for a deck power wash. I have called the business # and the answering service has provided me with a personal cell # for Joe Giordano(202−739−1169). We also sent several messages to the corporate mail box. Living Social even provided us with a work email for Mr. Giordano. A simple response is a courtesy you should extend to your customers. I was also looking for additional work on my deck. I am presently in the process of filing a complaint with the better business bureau. If you can’t provide the service be man enough to say so!

We purchased a Living Social coupon for a deck power wash and we have not been able to redeem the voucher. We have called the number and the woman who answers, Anna, gives us the number(202−739−1169) for the manager/partner, Joe Giordano. We have called and left messages for him for the last week and a half and have not heard anything from him. When we call back Anna, she is of no help in offering any other alternatives. Now we are just frustrated and angry at this poor service. Our next step is to go to the better business bureau and file and official complaint.

bought a deal via living social in november, I call every 2 – 3 weeks and leave a voicemail and get no response. The main person answering the phones said my only option is to call his cell or leave a voicemail on the specific person’s main line. I think even with being way in over your head, there is a certain degree of professionalism you can exhibit, i.e. call back, text back, throw a broadcast message to the purchasers of your deal that you are backlogged. Now I am trying to get a refund.

Purchased a basement design with floor plans thru Angies List and the company has never returned any of the three phone calls. Now I have to contact Angies List for a refund. This company is running a big scam. Beware!
