eDiscovery Solutions’ Founder and CEO Michael Patrick Phelps is an energetic leader and strategic planner. Combining an extensive experience with valuable insight in the litigation support field, Mr. Phelps founded Discovery Copy Service, predecessor to eDiscovery Solutions, in 1995. As the legal community started transitioning to electronic data discovery, his business expanded to meet his clients’ needs, and in 2006 Mr. Phelps changed the name of the company to what it is today.
His management skills and approach have created a casual work environment where employees know they are respected and are rewarded for hard work. Through his visionary leadership, integrity, entrepreneurial spirit, and instinct, Mr. Phelps drives eDiscovery’s business growth as well as its culture. His strategy to focus on quality, not quantity has earned the gratitude of clients and helped the business survive though hardships of economic downturn.
