Fun little place to hang out and indulge your inner nerd or, in my case, fangirl. The staff is super friendly, and have no problem helping you find what you need. I’m the ultimate Deadpool fangirl and I FREAKED when I saw that they had Deadpool sweatpants on display in the window. I bought a pair and discovered that they were way too big(hooray weight loss!). I exchanged them for a smaller size with no hassle. The store is small, but there’s all kinds of stuff to see and play with in here. If you’re into Marvel, DC Comics, Star Wars, animé or anything along those lines, you’ll like this place. Trust me.

Great customer service and friendly staff. They help you out by looking for something you need even if it’s in piles and piles of POP figures. #teamSTARWARS

To me, FYE is a necessary evil that you have to visit sometimes when you can’t get to a Best Buy or CVS. I always find myself here looking for a particular object, and they always either don’t have it or misprice it. Honestly, I’m surprised they still have this store, since I thought it went the way of Sam Goody. But I guess this place is not just for«Now That’s What I Call Music» CD #4! :) I most recently went here to replace my iPhone charger cord. They had a few options right by the checkout counter, which thankfully meant it wasn’t that hard to find. There were different buckets full of various cords, so I picked the iPhone charger in the $ 4.99 bucket since it was just a quick replacement. As I was signing the credit card receipt, I notice the price is $ 12.99. I said that this is the wrong price and that the prices is $ 4.99. The cashier didn’t seem to know what I was talking about, so he walks around to the iPhone chargers on the other side of the counter, and sees all these iPhone chargers in the bucket for $ 4.99. He just dismissively says that that’s the bucket for Android chargers and I should have known that. And then proceeds to rearrange the iPhone chargers in the $ 4.99 bucket knowing full well that they’re all mispriced there. I told him that they probably shouldn’t be in the bucket, but he literally didn’t care. Talk about customer service! This place is a mess, and I don’t how FYE is still in business. But hey, if you need 1990s memorabilia or something like that, I’m sure this Sam Goody knock off will have it! :)
