We called Marvin when our boiler just all of a sudden stopped working a couple days before Thanksgiving. He came out within an hour and a half of when he said (which is pretty good if you think about Comcast), and he was very thorough in checking all the possible things that could be wrong. When the boiler was still not working, he brought a second person to provide a second opinion, yet we didn’t pay extra for this.
His prices were very fair in terms of both parts and labor. He is trustworthy and works very hard. He even stayed until 7:30 the night before Thanksgiving to service our boiler after he had fixed the problem. We will use him again.
