This place is simply made of awesome. First patronized them about 5 years ago when I renovated my house and was without W/​D. Staff was incredibly helpful. Then I felt lazy one day and used their wash and fold. Luis took care of me. He’s an awesome guy.
Once the W/​D went in, didn’t go back for about 2 years until the damn machine broke down. Luis remembered my name even thought I wasn’t a long-​term customer! Awesomely friendly and helpful from the get go.
Again stopped going for a while, then got lazy again and used Washio. Spotty service, huge price hike, so went back again recently after another couple of years. Luis greeted me by name as soon as I hit the door.
Laundry is always well-​folded and sorted, quick turnaround when you need it.
This place is great. Every business should be run this way!

Was there tonight with my boyfriend from out of town… the owner, a male, possibly paco??? Was very helpful! He was hilarious, friendly, and made great small talk while we waited! He even helped right away when one of the driers stopped working momentarily and gave us quarters for our trouble! And he scared the crap out of me with a little halloween prank that made me smile and laugh. Thanks for making laundry enjoyable!

Our dryer hasn’t been working so I headed over to Ontario’s to do a few loads and had a wonderful experience. Luis was incredibly helpful as I hadn’t been to a laundromat in ages! He also shared his wifi password with me to make the time go by faster. I’ll definitely go back!

We were here for a few days at the end of our trip and had a few loads of laundry that needed to be done. After reading other reviews we decided to try this place. The machines were priced reasonably and very clean. The woman that was there was the owners wife and she was so incredibly nice. I had a black grease stain on a pair of pants and she used some of her own product and showed me how to get it out. Also a pair of my husbands gym shorts had the string around the waist come out on one side and she fixed that for me while I folded my laundry free of charge. Wonderful staff, clean machines, and reasonably priced. Would definitely go back!

The hotel recommended this place, even though there was another laundry literally next door. Well deserved. The proprietor met us with a smile (Luis) and showed us exactly how everything worked. Yes, he has change. Yes, he has detergent.

Recently, my home washer went haywire on me right before a trip and, of course, I hadn’t done laundry yet, so I had a little laundry emergency. I found This place on Unilocal and it was walking distance from home, so I headed on over during a break from work.
In short, the experience was as awesome as a trip to the laundromat could be. There were on machines so I didn’t have to wait, equipment was in great repair and they had different sized front end loaders to accommodate any sized load.
The gentleman who ran the place was super nice, and helpful, allowing me to purchase coins with my debit card and also offered up the wifi info so I could entertain myself while I waited. If and when I need to use the laundromat again, it will definitely be this one.
Of note, they also offer wash/​dry/​fold services and do have laundry supplies onsite for purchase at reasonable prices.

I stopped in to wash my huge dog bed which requires an oversized machine. Luis, who owns the place with his wife, was very personable and greeted me at the door. He showed me how to use the machines and got me all set up. I can see why so many people think this is the best laundromat in the city. It is.

Owner is a great guy. He had my clothes ready right when he promised, every time. Everything was clean, folded and smelled great.
One morning I got there a few minutes before they opened and was about to leave. I heard honking from down the street and looked up to see the owner and his wife waving me down. He hopped out and opened up the shop to give me my clothes. That’s the kind of thing that earns my business.

This place is great. Luis, the owner, is always on the premises to make change (in quarters) for your $ 20 bills and you can even charge it and get quarters — no more runs to an ATM to get money for quarters. The place and the machines are clean and it has a good neighborhood vibe. There’s a TV, free wifi, coffee, snacks and soda, chairs, and lots of magazines while you wait for your stuff.

This place is awesome. I went in to get a comforter washed close to closing time, assuming I’d have to pick it up the next day. The manager said he was going to be open later, anyway, but I still didn’t expect to pick up the comforter until the next day. However, the comforter was cleaned and ready for pick-​up that same evening, and they did a great job! This is certainly going above and beyond.

I was planning on spending all morning here washing 20 7-​foot wide banquet tablecloths on a weekday morning. The owner was super helpful. Never expected customer service in a laundromat but he was terrific! In and out in just over an hour!

Highly recommend this place. I came here because I didn’t have any coins to do laundry in my building and I had a ton to clean. The guy working there charged my card to give me coins and then helped me with my Spanish while my clothes washed. Really friendly!
I threw the equivalent of probably 4 – 5 loads in one giant machine and they dried in around 30 minutes. Those machines must get pretty hot, so keep that in mind when throwing in any delicates.
To top it all off, they have free Wi-​Fi so you can work while you wait. The only negative thing I’d say was that the TV was showing a slapstick comedy that wouldn’t be appropriate for very young children, but maybe he would have changed the channel if any kids came in.

Free Wi-​Fi: ‘Nuff said. I’m not from here, so I’m not used to paying this much for laundry ($ 2.75 for a standard load, $ 5.75 for the largest). On first use, though, I didn’t have any issues. I’ve been back a few times, and I have had no problems. The staff is friendly, too. Pretty sure I’ll be coming here a lot.

Drying machine #7 was not friendly to me but other than that, my clothes got rejuvenated :-)

I just moved into the area and was a bit nervous about finding a laundry mat as our washer/​dryer combo in the apartment definitely wasn’t going to cut it. I popped in and Luis the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave me, down the minute, how long the washer/​dryer would take. He didn’t even mention that they closed at 7 when I got there at about 6:45 to do my laundry not realizing the closing times. His response? «I’m here to help!». I continued moving into my apartment and 23 minutes later came to empty my washer which he was already doing for me. The machines work great and Luis is a wonderful guy! He’ll also be serving coffee when he opens at 7:30 am. Big screen TV, free wifi, and a community feel. I will 100% be back! Thanks Luis!
Oh and if you forget quarters and cash? No worries, he can charge your debit card there on the spot and give you quarters in return! Truly fabulous and helpful.
