this place is still open, it’s a classic asian small retail business in a bad neighborhood. It’s all behind the counter, but, the staff is friendly and efficient. The store is small but well stocked, especially for the area which has many century old houses. The owner is old school asian, but, i like her. Parking is plentiful on the street or you can walk. Home Depot is cheaper, but, you get good service here

Very friendly and helpful staff, and the prices are great. Nothing fancy, but they’ve always had what I’m looking for.

Fortunately, the current title is wrong. Park’s is still open for business — I just called to confirm. Like others said, it’s a relatively small selection, but they still have a pretty good range of basics, and they’re always very friendly.

This small hardware store has a surprising amount of stuff but it’s not a good place to go browsing: almost everything is behind the counter. The staff is very friendly. I’ve never had to wait long to get anything and it’s way easier than trekking out to home depot. If you need basic hardware, gardening supplies, etc, Parks is a convenient stop.

Most of the items here are behind a counter, maybe for security reasons. When I went in to pick up stuff for a home project, the staff was helpful and patient when I could exactly pinpoint what I needed. After it turned out that I didn’t need some of the products, the next day they gladly took them back for a refund. The store is small, but seems to be filled to the brim with hardware essentials. So if a trip to Home Depot for a can of paint sounds soul-crushing, take a stroll to Park’s first to see if they have it.
