Patric Shine has worked with the LGBT community for most of his career, and he enjoys being able to provide specialized care for individuals who may have had difficulty accessing it in the past. He says that the One Medical Group employees he met during his interview process were top-notch, professional, and compassionate, with high expectations of delivery of health care services. «The group’s philosophy is exactly in line with the way that I practice,» he says. Patric describes himself as quiet, subtle, thorough, compassionate, and non-judgmental, and he believes that everyone deserves great, evidence-based medical care. He says his work in transgender medicine over the past 15 years has been incredibly rewarding and the sincere feedback he receives from his patients always puts a smile on his face.
