Specialties
RedRocks specializes in authentic Neapolitan pizza, using only Italian plum tomatoes, Caputo flour, and buffalo mozzarella. Each pizza is hand tossed, made to order in our 900 degree wood-burning brick oven. The high heat radiating from the wood fire is stored in the firebricks and radiates across the dome evenly to create the perfect pizza.
On weekends, RedRocks is open for brunch and serves mimosas, bellinis and our famous housemade Bloody Mary’s to accompany our breakfast items.
History
Established in 2007.
Set in a converted row house in the blossoming Columbia Heights neighborhood, our first pizzeria has a unique and cozy feel. We first started our pizza program aiming to provide a true Neapolitan pizza experience for our guests. Add to that a friendly, knowledgeable staff, great wines and craft beers from around the world and RedRocks quickly became a neighborhood favorite.
