My experience with this facility was awful. When I went to move my belongings out of my «climate controlled» unit I discovered it was littered with vermin feces (there was some kind of rat poison scattered all over the floor). Some water had also leaked from the ceiling onto furniture. The insurance policy — which they automatically enroll you in unless you opt out — did not cover the damage to my property. I strongly advise against using Secure Self Storage on Blair Road.
