I think this is the best customer service I’ve received from Sprint in a long long long time. Robert the manager was friendly, honest, direct, and helpful which has been missing from Sprint customer service over the past few years. Thanks Robert!!!

I usually have great customer service experiences when I visit Sprint. However, this experience has damaged my perception, as the staff members model the cliental in the area… I Walked in and there was only one customer who was being helped, yet it took ten minutes before either of the service representatives greeted me or even said hello. I told them I wanted to update my phone, and the one and only representative that spoke said he would be with me in a second, which turned into 15 minutes while the other two workers searched the Internet and ate fried chicken, fries, and mambo sauce. Typical! Tacky! Low budget! I simply walked out, and decided to take my business further up the street. To another sprint location that knows how to treat a long standing customer of 15 years. No thank you to this location!!!

Not worth entering. Poor service, poor followup and any orders performed here never get accomplished. Even the corporate office is unaware of what is going on here. Do not go here, you will be ripped off.

The employees at this Sprint restore my hope for humanity, which is awesome regardless but especially in contrast to my experiences at previous stores which made me ready to scream and cry. I’d like to thank Robert and Kyle for being supportive, helpful and consistently entertaining through the week I spent hanging out with them trying to fix things. Without getting into too many details my pretty new phone had a «not previously known» sudden and fatal defect. I also didn’t have insurance on it, nor had I backed anything up(guys, always back up EVERYTHING). I was really impressed with the amount of time and creativity that Robert and Kyle put into fixing my issues. It took a solid five days but they managed to pull everything from my(again, totally dead) phone, re-activate my even older one for interim use, order me a replacement free of charge and set up my new refurbished phone. My only complaint was the lack of a ticketing system that resulted in long waits depending on what time of day I arrived to work on things(ranging from 10AM to 6:30PM) — however since everyone has phone issues and each person’s problems are totally crippling to them this makes a certain amount of sense. I did appreciate how they gave equal attention to all customers, even if I did often wish I could cut in line. In short, go to this Sprint store. You probably can’t find better service.
