I don’t even know what to say about this place. The old man who I think is the owner is a royal jerk. He gruffly talks under his breath, smells like alcohol, and was very rude. The place is so outdated and overpriced. It looks like they were getting ready to close and hopefully by the time they read this they will be!

I’ve been coming to Summit ever since they opened up years ago. I’m an I.T. guy in NW and this place has been priceless when various emergencies have popped up over the years. The shop isn’t that big, but they stock many different types of cables, connectors, adapters, etc. that Radio Shack and any other chains around the city simply do not carry. I’ve been in a number of jams where I needed a cable or adapter immediately and Summit has always been there to help out. Aside from the network stuff I just mentioned, they stock all the basics like software, keyboards, toner, mice, etc. If they don’t have something in stock that you need, they can order it and have it there quickly. The prices here also stay pretty competitive. Summit also offers consulting and repair services. They also offer corporate accounts and will deliver to your office if you are located close enough and the amount you are purchasing is over $ 50. I’ve gotten to know Steve, the owner, over the years of dealing with him and he is a great guy who aims to please. Whether you are an I.T. person in the city or just looking for some computer supplies for home, Summit can help you out. They get 5 stars for their great customer service, honesty, and having the supplies on hand to help me out of a number of I.T. nightmares over the years.

Yes, this computer store is small, but it sure had everything I needed! Prices aren’t too bad either. There’s a RadioShack around the corner, but seriously, who _really_wants to shop at RadioShack unless you’re looking for some resistors or a soldering iron? I pretty much bought all of their 3′ patch cords, a Linksys wireless access point, and a 5-port switch to fix up our branch office. Yes. I am the computer guy. Hear me w00t!
