Amazing work! Approximately 2 and half weeks ago I took a canvas print of bourbon street in New Orleans. I went in the the frame shop not having any idea of how framing worked. The employees explained that it had to be stretched first then frame. They also suggested that I can do a museum stretch which will also have the sides of the canvas be the frame it came out great. I am definitely going back. I’m so excited for my next framing projects!

Picked up a voucher for $ 200 The Frame Shop on Amazon Local because I had a project I wanted framed. Other places estimated it would cost $ 200 — $ 300. The price here was $ 456. The deal brought the price to the high end of the other estimates. The person taking my information was pleasant but managed to get my name and phone number wrong on the invoice. She said the project would take 2 weeks, but wrote a month on the invoice — ended up taking longer than that. They never returned a message left on voice mail; When I spoke to them in person about updates on the status of the project, they assured me they’d call me back — and never did. They literally never called me. When I finally got the project back, I was disappointed in the layout and presentation. He offered to change it but I was eager to get out of there. He knocked $ 50 off the price because he knew I was unhappy.

I have the wonderful opportunity to meet Joe. Great experience. Very knowledgable about framing pictures. I had a statement piece framed, he suggested non glare plexiglass. After showing me the different, boy was he right. Great customer service.
