Business Owner

Tom Welch is a 2^nd generation real estate professional. He grew up in a military family and settled in suburban Maryland in 1968. He was introduced to a family-​owned brokerage in 1984 and continued his path to the DC real estate market in 2001.

Tom is intimately familiar with most DC neighborhoods as well as many nearby Maryland communities. He holds an Associate Brokers License in the District of Columbia and Maryland. Tom has earned the GRI — Graduate Realtor® Institute designation.

Tom thoroughly enjoys guiding first-​time purchasers through the process, values the strong loyalty he earns from past-​clients, and enthusiastically awaits the opportunity to market and promote his sellers’ properties. He has solid experience in residential sales, marketing, leasing, property management and small-​commercial sales, marketing, leasing, property management.
