This is the first time I write a review, but this has been such a bad experience that I feel I need to. While the doctor I saw (Dr. Lutton) was great, everything else about the experience in dealing with this office has been horrible. From rude staff to the fact that I never (in at least 10 phone calls) managed to actually get through to the office but ended up with an answering service every time, even dealing with this office is an ordeal. Worse, they have not managed to get me my prescription in over 10 days. First the pharmacy that was supposed to call me never did. After chasing it up (dealing with the answering service multiple times befor actually getting a person on the line), I finally received the call. As it turned out, the pharmacy used by the office could not help me. Back to trying to contact the office, where the person was obviously so busy being condescending to me that she didn’t manage to actually listen to what the issue was. Result: she called in the wrong prescription to my own pharmacy. I am now about to go abroad and, 10 days after my initial visit, have to go without the medication, becaus of the incompetence of the office staff.

After comprehensive research for an orthopedic, I chose Dr. Moss for treatment of my wrist. After consultations with other orthopedist in the area I chose Dr. Moss and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Moss was also featured in the Washingtonian as a «Top Doctor» which doesn’t guarantee anything but in my opinion he backs it up. I had right wrist TFCC issues and Dr. Moss has helped me in my road to recovery. The staff is friendly and attentive. His doctor assistant Brittney is easy to get a hold of, communicative and knowledgeable. The office gives daily reminder calls of your next appointment. I am really impressed!

This is an excellent practice. I was recently treated there for an arm injury and had a great experience. They were knowledgeable, thoughtful with the details, and the guidance from my physician really helped me have a speedy recovery. My interactions with the staff (over multiple visits) was that they are courteous and friendly. I would happily recommend to friends and family.
