My elderly parents (83 and 90 yrs old) were having problems with their toilet flushing properly. They called Watt’s plumbing, who charged a $ 90 service call and just made a few adjustments and claimed it was working fine. A week later they called again, having the same problem with the toilet not flushing properly. They had to call him numerous times to get him back over to recheck it. Now he has to go pick up parts because some of the parts are bad, but it was the same problem as before, and he charged another $ 90 service call. Sorry, but I told them if they need a plumber again to find someone else. Plus, they paid him cash! Shame on you, Watt’s plumbing.
