Their women’s running shoe selection is quite poor in quantity, variety and sizes. When I finally found an associate to ask if they had a certain shoe in a different color, he chuckled — because, you know, silly me from out of town, why didn’t I know this — all their stock is on display. Ah. I see.
I turned around and walked directly out.

Been to the store twice located at the Crossroads Mall in Waterloo. both times I was obviously passed over in customer service and treated as if I was invisible. I will NEVER GO BACK TO SCHEELS AT CROSSROADS MALL LOCATION due to their blatant lack of extending customer service to all customers equally!
