What a wonderful night thanks to Chef Marc! I had a dinner party for 12 close friends
outside on our deck to celebrate the beginning of summer. Marc came to myhouse the week beforehand to go over the menu and come up with a plan. What a relaxing night for myself to enjoy having Marc and his assistant (who was also wonderful) cook, serve everyone and clean up at the end. Food was delicious and my friends raved about it — especially the fish and dessert. This is the second time I have used Pan and Grill and there will definitely be more parties with Chef Marc catering!

I really have to say that Pan and Grill Caterers is very unique. I started with having Marc cater my father’s 75th birthday party a few years ago. He was very flexible with the menu and was able to accommodate dietary issues for a few people with allergies and who were vegetarian. The food was really amazing — everyone was raving.
In addition, Marc has also catered parties for me that were more involved; he was able to supply a bar tender and server, and the food was just as awesome.
Then, my company has had him cater marketing events (no better way to a client’s wallet than through their stomach) as well as in-​house meeting.
Another great point is that Marc is very personable which and adds a great touch to any event.
All in all, I highly recommend Pan and Grill Caterers!

I met Chef Marc at a Giants tailgate — I couldnt believe the elaborate spread, from angry shrimp, to lobster, to dessert french toast, all cooked on a grill. It was fantastic and when I learned that he actually was a caterer, we had to find a reason for a party.
Fast forward two years, and it was my wife’s 40th birthday. Marc came over and we designed a menu from an almost limitless selection. He also had great suggestions for cocktails, set up, etc. We arranged for the tables and chairs, he brought with him everything needed for the party, including servers and a bartender.
The best part, he cooked everything on his own grill (the party was in the summer) — no mess or clean up inside (aside from our drunk friends). No clean up, no stress (other than watching the clouds) and no worries.
The food was to die for — everyone raved about it and several have since inquired about using him for their parties. Since we didnt get any other quotes, I have no idea how his prices compare to other caterers, but the quality of the food and service are second to none.
