Sushi Fix is opening tonight down in good ol’ Wayzata. Billy’s truck has upped the game with a clean and sleek shop that is modern and fun. Sumo wrestlers in the ladies room, get ready lake people. Look for Edo-style street sushi, creative rolls, noodles, and other good stuff.

Who is this, I thought, and why are they texting me at this ungodly hour? Surely they must have the wrong number — anyone who knows me knows better than to bother me until long after the sun has fully risen.
