Jeff The Locksmith

Absolutely one of the worst business experiences I have ever had. I contacted them at about 10 o’clock in the morning. There doesn’t appear to be an actual Jeff the locksmith. It’s a dispatch service that calls out various locksmiths.
After waiting almost an hour I received a call from the locksmith. He wanted to confirm the address. He could barely speak English.
About 45 minutes after that I received a call from the dispatch service telling me that the locksmith was at my house. I told them that there was nobody outside my house. She said she would call and have him contact me. I told her I didn’t want to talk to that person again because he barely speaks English and obviously couldn’t find my address.
The next thing I know they have dispatched a new person to my address. I asked him when he would be arriving and he simply said «I’m leaving now».
After waiting over half an hour I called the dispatcher and cancelled the call. She offered to give me a 10% discount if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. I told her that she had already wasted over two hours of my time and I wasn’t interested. A few minutes later I received a call from the second locksmith telling me that he was only 12 minutes away. I agreed to wait for him.
Well he wasn’t 12 minutes away, he was about 20 minutes away. He came in and did the job. I mentioned that the service had offered me a 10% discount for rescheduling. He began to give me the discount and I told him I didn’t want him to pay me I wanted dispatch company to pay me.
When I called the dispatcher to request my discount she told me that since I didn’t reschedule I didn’t qualify for the discount. I told her if she was going to take that kind of an attitude I would give them a bad review on the internet and she hung up on me.
So here’s my bad review.
