S.Y.B Event Planning Services is lead by Soraya Y. Belgacem, President and Senior Event Planner.

Having a team of event coordinators, chefs, waitstaff and bartenders allow this company to be a one stop shop for all event planning needs. From handiling large multi-​day conferences, events of over 2,000 people and small intimate dinner parties, nothing is too small or too big for this company!

From the most unique of events to multicultural events to traditional ones, we understand that each event requires its own attention. We also work with budgets of all sizes and have a vast list of noteable vendors.

Business Owner

Soraya Y. Belgacem, has been planning noteable events for 10 years. She has been described as the David Tutera of New England. From her creativity, charisma and great personality, she is someone that will make your vision into a reality for your event or wedding. Her passion for food allowed her to start her catering division. She understands that every client she works with is new and requires their own attention. Her personability makes people feel comfortable and know that they are going to be getting A-​Level service.
