Paradise Café

Awkward location with limited signs. The former Margarita Paradise is still delicious and the service was good.

Paradise Café is an interesting reincaration of Margarita Paradise in West Allis. First off, it’s nearly impossible to find unless you’re looking for it. Currently there is no street signage and it’s tucked away next to the CBS 58 studio.
So what is this Paradise Café? When you enter, it looks as if you’ve walked into a food court. They are now open for breakfast and they seem to have chosen the location specifically to cater to the local business. Definitely quantity over quality.
The menu has some of the items that were offered at the old location. My guest was looking for something off the MP menu and by describing the contents the kitchen was able to please.
Drinks were OK, service was friendly. I did use the $ 20 for $ 40 Unilocal deal but had to add-​on in order to redeem it as the total was $ 39.98. Rules are rules!

Tried the Friday fish fry and enjoyed it. It wasn’t as hot as it should have been, otherwise I would have loved it. My husband had the chili verde and was quite pleased. Drinks were as good as Margarita Paradise’s were. The service was extremely attentive; almost intrusive. However, since it was not crowded, the personnel had little else to do but check in with the diners. The space was austere, bordering on uncomfortable. I look forward to seeing how they progess toward the vision for the future that I’m sure they have. Definitely a good start to a new endeavor. We’ll be back. Many times, I’m sure.

I have LOVED Margarita Paradise for years, sad to see it close but happy to see the owner Amil open a new location, only blocks from my home. Food was amazing, tasted exactly the same but a bigger menu. The reason for 4 stars, Amil chose to change the rice and it is no good. Waiter said he’s had many complaints about it. Change it back! Then this place will be perfect!

dios mío! I’m so excited to see this place blow up! I went to Paradise Café tonight for their grand opening and left absolutely stuffed. In a good way. I got the Californian burrito with pastor and it was so delicious– stuffed with big chunks of avocado too!
My wild berry margarita was phenomenal and our server, Gerardo was happy to serve us, quick, and efficient.
Can’t wait to see their menu grow! Go give this place a shot, it’s fabuloso!
