The High Pointe Inn is a uniquely original inn offering spacious ocean-view guest rooms with breathtaking views of the dunes of Sandy Neck Beach and Cape Cod Bay. Located just off scenic Route 6A in historic West Barnstable, Massachusetts, the Inn is an easy one-hour drive from Boston or Providence, and convenient to the ferries for the islands of Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. A mobile spa service provides in-room spa treatments for honeymoons, babymoons, romantic getaway weekends, and birthday or anniversary celebrations.
Breakfast is served daily from a menu of 6 entrée choices, plus a chef’s special. Rate includes afternoon coffee/tea and sweet treats, plus complimentary evening cordials. All rooms are furnished with queen pencil-post bed, private bath, 32-inch flat panel HD-TV, CD player, individual controls for heat and AC, and free WIFI service. Some rooms with fireplace and deck. Seasonal packages and specials available.

Business Owner
Debbie and Rich Howard delight in sharing their love of Cape Cod with guests at the High Pointe Inn, their Cape Cod B&B. Seasoned innkeepers and veterans of the travel industry, prior to moving to Cape Cod, Massachusetts they owned and operated another New England Bed and Breakfast Inn in New Hampshire.
Debbie, the former director of education for The Travel Institute, a non-profit educational organization, spent her formative years traveling and working on cruise ships before abandoning her sea legs for dry land. She is a decorator at heart, and when not entertaining guests, you’ll find her creating unique and unusual things to sell in her Cape Cod Inn gift shop.
Rich and Debbie Howard Rich got his start with the airlines, moved on to manage a travel agency, and ended his corporate career as an administrator for a membership organization. He is an avid fly-fisherman and enjoys piloting his kayak along the many streams and kettle holes that dot the Cape Cod landscape.
