Putting that name aside, I really do enjoy stopping at these particular gas stations. If you’re ever driving along Hwy 80 cruising at 85 mph do remember to stop into one of these suckers. Here’s why:
1. They serve better food here than at any other generic gas station and yes, in Iowa, that’s all you’re going to see.
2. They have the largest facility with showers! Actual showers!
3. The people here are sooooo nice. Even while I stopped my car to take a photo, 4 (count ‘em) 4 cars stopped to see if I was okay. Now, that’s Iowa love.
4. The bathroom is beyond clean-it’s immaculate!!!
5. There’s never a line to get gas, pay, or pee. The trifecta of all that is good in a gas station.
6. Okay, I have to say it-​the name is awesome. I love love love this name.
