Worst taxi ever. Told me 15 min and never showed up. Called and no answer. They don’t even deserve one star!

Worst cab ever! I call aalpha it passed a hr and they didn’t come to my location. I called back and they didn’t pick up there phone. I rate them ⁰⁄₁₀ :-\

This place is a F****ng JOKE!!!
I called and reserved a cab early in the morning for a 2:30pm cab. 2:30 comes and no sign of the cab. I wait patiently until 2:45 and I call and was told it was almost there. 2:50 the cab gets there.
The cab smelled HORRIBLE! She clearly had JUST had lunch (and why was probably late) the whole cab smelled bad and I wanted to puke! So we start driving and she is on a PERSONAL PHONE CALL! Just talking and cussin and laughing it up!
SECOND TIME. I figured they would be on time since I had just called the day before.
Again reserve a cab for 2:30. AGAIN 2:45 and no cab so I call. He tells me it is almost there… 2:55 nothing! I call again he says «LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AWAY» 3:00 still no cab. I call again and he says the same thing «LESS THAN 5 minutes» 3:05 I call AGAIN! This time he says «ALMOST THERE» instead.
At this point I was gonna be late for work so I asked him firmly when it was gonna get there! He said «LESS THAN 5 minutes» WTF that was your answer 15 mins ago!
3:10 i call back and he HANGS UP ON ME!!! I call again 2 more times and HANGS UP ON ME AGAIN!
I call another 5 TIMES but this time he just IGNORES MY CALLS!!!
At 3:20 I called my work told them I was gonna be late. Called a friend for a ride.
I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEW THAT SAID THE CAB NEVER SHOWED!
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! I planned on taking this cab every day to work.
I CANT STRESS ENOUGH HOW MUCH I HATE THIS PLACE!
DONT GET A CAB FROM HERE!!!
Dont do it! They will show up late or now show up at all! Do not do it!!!

would give 0 stars if i could. i couldnt drive home, so i called them. told me will meet me in 20 minutes. no show, no call. tried calling, no answer.
just horrible.

Worst service ever. We called three times and were told «15 minutes» each time. Eventually we contacted Über and we were picked up within 8 minutes.

I made a reservation at 9:35 pm for a 5:15 am reservation. The driver was there promptly and he was very friendly. I would definitely use them again!

i usually tip good when i have to. i understand the for waiters bellboys and yes taxi drivers, tips are their livelihood. having said that i dont tip if the service is bad. in the case of the driver of alpha taxi (i forgot his name lol) i gave them a fat tip! which sez alot! why? First: they were on time! actually they got there before the time they quoted. Two: the driver! that guy was funny and such a joy to ride with. if youve rode with him you prolly know who im talking about. and Three: ambiance! the cab smelled good, it had ac, cool music and i think he said he has wi fi but i didnt try it out. anyway, yea five stars, ask for that guy tho lol

Don’t rely on the bogus review. I needed taxi to drive me to surgicenter for medical procedure, made reservation day in advance and taxi never showed. I called cab company in morning, took 5 calls to get live person, who said he would send taxi on a rush basis, taxi still did not show. Finally called yellow cab which came promptly. Do not use this company, they are unreliable.
