I went in yesterday to get my cartilage pierced. I had a great experience! Chris did it for me. He was incredibly nice and made me feel so comfortable. He walked me through what he was doing and really knew his stuff. I was pretty nervous because I was expecting it to be extremely painful (I have a very low pain tolerance) but it didn’t hurt at all! It didn’t even feel like a pinch. It was just a little pressure and then it was done! I also got my left earlobe re-​pierced since it closed up a few years ago. That was also pretty painless. After it was all done, Chris gave me his card and told me to call him if there were any complications. Very friendly and professional! Definitely going to come back here to get other cartilage pierced.

Great experience! I came in to get a septum piercing and it was painless. My piercer was super cool, he was friendly and had such a gentle touch it was a pinch for like half a second. Would come here for future piercings :)

This is my second time going here to get a piercing. The first time, I don’t remember who did my lip piercing, but he did a good job. He made very little conversation though. He was direct to the point. Didn’t make the experience fun. But I recently went back on a Thursday evening without an appointment to get my eyebrow pierced. Chris Martin did my piercing & let me tell you. My experience this time around compared to my first time was a lot more memorable. He was really nice & very informative. He chatted with us (my cousin was with me) & made us feel comfortable. The process was NOT painful. He handed me his business card & said to call him if I had any questions. Thanks Chris Martin! You’re awesome! :)

I came here to get my belly button pierced on Tuesday and it went really well. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. As soon as i walked in I was greeted by Chris the guy who did my piercing he was very nice, made me feel very comfortable, and told some good jokes. By the time i got the piercing I don’t even think 15 minutes had passed, he was very fast and efficient. If you’re thinking about going somewhere to get your first piercing this would the best place.

I just got my belly bottom pierced here, I was serviced by Chris Martin. I really liked the way the whole process went, he explained everything and how he was doing it, even asked me if I agreed. After he also explained how to properly clean and sanitize it, overall great experience

I went in for 2 small tattoos, no appointment, on 6÷7÷15 and was helped right away.
The quality of the ink is what I’d expect from a professional shop. I paid $ 120+tip for 2 small pieces, I’m not an expert on prices, so I guess it was good?
My one issue is the cross on my neck, as it is not the size or location of what I had asked for. I ALWAYS bring in a photo of what I want and I asked for something just a bit bigger than what was in the photo and I wanted it on the upper part of my neck, near the hair line. After going back and forth a couple of times, I agreed to the size and location, but what I got was something much bigger, thinner and lower than what I thought I had communicated. Though simple, it was something that was meaningful to me. It’s not completely butchered and I’m glad I don’t have to look at it constantly or I might really be upset.
At least I love my LAChicago piece on my inner arm!
I’m not sure I’d ever go back because of the cross tattoo issue, but maybe somebody else wouldn’t have an issue. So if you go, make sure their drawing/​placement is EXACTLY what you want!

Came in today to All In Ink to get my helix and standard lobe pierced. My experience with *Chris Martin was phenomenal! After searching for a spot around West Covina, I’m very satisfied I found this place. I felt extremely comfortable and laughter was key. Great place and highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Paul. He pierced my baby’s ears and was so professional and courteous. He made sure to answer all my questions and was empathetic to my concerns. I wanted to get my baby’s ears pierced but did not want to take her to a place in the mall where they do it with guns as I read that’s not really safe, especially for a baby. Those places like Piercing Pagoda and Claire’s do not have trained staff. It’s so worth it spending more money and getting a clean sterile piercing. Impeccably clean. I highly recommend this place.

I actually came here to get my nose pierced a couple years ago and came back looking to get a tattoo that I’ve been wanting for a long time. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Alex. Very helpful and informative. I took a look at some of the binders they have off to the side filled with some work they’ve already done. After awhile, Alex helped me make an appointment and some final decisions with my tattoo.
The final product came out amazing. More than what I asked for and better than what my expectations were. Will be coming back to him for future tattoos!!! :)

Got my rook pierced here and although it was quick, affordable, and moderately painful I was very disappointed. They had a very limited selection of cheap jewelry. The piercer although he seemed to have been experienced he steered me in the wrong direction when it came to the after care. he told me to put bactine on it even after I asked about using saline solution. This being my first inner ear piercing took his word for it but not only has it not healed but the other day when I went to Outer Limits in Costa Mesa they explicitly said not to use products like bactine or neosporine for a puncture wound. I would give them zero stars if I could because I ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would not recommend!!!

Came to the mall and decided to be spontaneous since I had recently turned 18. Got both nipple piercings and used the coupon on Unilocal.My piercer made me feel very comfortable and he was very professional. Clean needles. Piercings healed nicely and had no problems.

I love this place! I religiously went to inflictions (The sister store as some call it) way before all in ink came to be. Juan was my first tattoo artist and he is absolutely amazing, after he left I had Gabriel doing all of my stuff, sadly now he is gone as well due to them both starting new shops/​ventures.
So I have not gotten another tattoo for awhile, BUT I have been wanting to get my nose pierced. So last week I finally did it. The only downfall was I called before making sure someone was there and when I arrived the piercer was not there. I had to wait over 20 minutes for him to arrive. But he was very kind and apologetic and took his time. He helped me pick what side of my nose, told me one nostril is smaller haha. But was honest with the placement and I trusted him completely. He was very clean and although I have other piercings he explained everything. The piercing was quick and painless aside from few tear reflexes.
It did take over 10 minutes to put the ring in and the ball, but I appreciate him taking the time to make sure it was in. He was in no rush and def made my experience great.

I had gone to Wendy Johnson, the shop’s Permanent Make-​Up Artist, before she had worked at All-​In-​Ink. Wendy is absolutely amazing. I originally had gone to her to get my eyeliner done (just basic black). Of course, I was pretty nervous, but Wendy’s bedside manner is on point, and she quickly put me at ease. She not only numbed the area in the beginning, but she had continued to numb the area throughout the procedure. That’s a huge plus considering it wears off, and I have heard some pretty horrible stories! I was so pleased with what she had done, I had gone back to not only add some color to the eyeliner, but also get my lips done as well. Since my initial appointment with Wendy, my mom had gone to her to get her eyeliner done, and my aunt has gone to get her eyeliner and brows done.
I am happy to see that she is now conveniently located in West Covina, and I definitely plan on visiting her in the future for my touch-​ups and other permanent make-​up needs. I would definitely recommend Wendy to anyone who is thinking about getting some permanent make-​up done. She will answer all of your questions, and her work is exquisite.

My friend and I randomly decided to get piercings last night at around 5:45… on a Sunday. We called around to places with decent reviews to see if any piercers were available locally and we came across All In Ink. They had a piercer available so we gathered our things and headed over… to the mall.
That felt weird. Neither of us have been to the mall in a countless amount of years. The experience was worth it, though.
Our piercer, Chris, was very no-​nonsense and professional. I appreciate a piercer that doesn’t need to tell you their life story and keep you there forever when it’s a 10 minute or less job. He said he’s been piercing for 20 years and I believe him. I got my lip pierced on the left side — I had one before in this spot for years, but it had been closed for years also. He was very quick and effective. My piercing took about 5 minutes for him to complete, and it is positioned perfectly. I haven’t even experienced much swelling.

For the longest I been wanting to get a tattoo but had always over looked it. Finally after getting my nails done and wandering the mall alone; I walked in there telling them I was bored and finally wanted to get my tattoo. A little heart. The first one of many :)
The guy at the front was very funny and helpful but never for his name. I had Alex do my tat, helpful as well and making sure It was done properly.
All the guys at the shop had a great sense of humor who he’s helped ease my tension. Def going back again soon!

Ramon Rendon is the only artist I’ll trust with my skin. Every piece I’ve gotten from him is bold and beautiful and will stand the test of time. He’s great with many styles, but his color work is particularly exceptional. Every piece he does is a custom, one-​of-​a-​kind piece of art designed for the client. He’s very friendly and professional and his station is always very clean. You’ll probably have to book in advance as he’s quite busy, but that should tell you how in demand he is! I highly recommend him if you want an amazing piece of art on your body.

Okay, why anyone would ever go to a tattoo & piercing shop inside a mall is beyond me… NORMALLY. But in the spur of the moment while shopping, my sister spontaneously decided that she wanted a septum piercing & she HAD to get it that instant. We did a walk-​in, and inquired about the price. The guy who helped us had this «too cool for school» attitude that was a little off-​putting at first, but he came around later on.
My sister had purchased her own jewelry that she carried around in her purse, so the piercing came out to $ 35 (not including the jewelry). And with a Unilocal check-​in, you get FIVE BUCKAROOS off any service… hell yes — says the thrifty Asian girl. As far as the actual piercing, the guy did an PHENOMENAL job. He was clean, professional, and skilled. The septum ring that my sister brought in was smaller than the standard, and he managed to get it through the hole in one shot while inflicting very little pain.
I have to give this shop a one star knock off because the music in here is a nightmare! We sat in the waiting are for half an hour while the instruments were being sterilized, and i wanted to pull my hair out. I think they were bumping some club dance mix with Usher and some other hip hop and r&b artists. It felt like a night club, no joke.

I came in to get a septum piercing and they answered all my questions and gave me information on their jewelry and prices.
Chris pierced me and he was very friendly and completely made me feel comfortable. He did warn me that it would be hard to hide since I have a short nose and I really appreciated him letting me know.
The piercing itself hurt only a tiny, tiny bit (like someone pinching your nose). Though I did cry a waterfall but Chris had the tissues ready for me.
The bleeding stopped as soon as I stepped out of the shop.
