HRC II has been in this beautiful building for 20 years. It is a very private office on the 3^rd floor of this business building with easy access to the 10 Freeway. Very Ma and Pa shop. Only 2 stylists and 1 hair ventilator and the Manager Tony. Extremely personal with each client. Provide quality service at the highest level. I was a client 14 years ago. Loved the building and the hair used here at HRC II. I started to work for this business 12 years ago. I am currently the Manager and consultant for HRC II.
