In all the years living in my home (37) eight years ago I found Jim’ pool cleaning and supply. What great service. Family and friends always compliment me on how clean and clear the pool appears. Jim always helps out when a problem I tried to fix myself turns into a mess. He comes over to my rescue! It never fails. He also has a store as indicated where you can find everything you need. If you call with with a problem he will tell you what is needed and comes over with WHATEVER is needed. Never disappointed happy customer. Try their services you will never be disappointed.

For someone who has been in the business for 30+ years, Jim is most definitely very knowledgeable and hence the reason for the extra star rating. However, his customer service skills are less than desirable. I contacted him for a minor repair job on my filtration system and he came out with his granddaughter (whom he’s training in the biz) to survey my equipment. We scheduled a day for the repair job, then he called to reschedule twice, but never showed up. After 30+ years doing the same thing I can understand how you can get bored and frustrated, but being selective about your customers is no way to run a business. I think its time to retire and pass the baton before you ruin it.

Incredibly rude. I called asking about supplies for a pool and was hung up on. Then I called back and was told that he had hung up on me and not to call back. I truly hope this was a misunderstanding.

I wouldn’t go to any other pool supply. Jim is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. He’s been in the business as long as I can remember and has been so helpful in making sure our water is perfectly conditioned and sparkling. When we had problems with some equipment, he was able to diagnose and repair it, all at a very reasonable price compared to his competitors. I always check pricing when I need a repair or part, he always comes through. You can’t get this kind of personal service anywhere else in town! A family owned business that you can trust.

I believe the owner can be very friendly just make sure that no one crosses his boundaries!! hes very reasonable and he sells you what you need and never tries to sell you things you don’t need! Very knowledgable and was very rocky at first but once you get to know him he’s a very well rounded guy and very sweet!! i hear he’s been working there for 33 years so I think that’s what people need is knowledge!! great buy today I’m glad I stopped in!
