I get the best deals on dog food, shoes and coffee here. Also look for clearance aisles and items marked way down in grocery section. Like the «Seen On TV» section. The outlet store next to them gets good stuff. The ladies room is usually messy but I don’t use it much. Would like to see them carry ladies flip flops that are 1.5 to 2 inch thick with nylon fabric between the toes because I hate rubber and fake leather there.

Love Shopping at all the Kmarts. Kmart West Covina Sells Lottery Tickets at the Customer Services Desk. Customer Services here has always been Good. This is my go to place to buy Lottery Tickets. This Kmart should advertise outside the building that Lottery Tickets are sold here (Maybe a Sign on the Entrance Window or Building outside). I also like the Low Prices and Order Online for in-​store pick up option :) There’s also a Sear Outlet Store in the same Lots that sells mostly appliances and other overstock stuff. Little Caesars Pizza is also located inside the store too

The wait time to pick up online orders is ridiculous. I would have been better off ordering online and paying the extra shipping cost. Never again!

This kmart is never crowded they always have lots of clothes on clearance some stuff shampoo, hairspray, bodywash… could be over priced the toy section not so great but they do have a little ceasers inside

Horrible customer service!
Just came in to buy a movie, there’s only one cashier open and there’s about 10 people in line, a lady comes over and tells us that If we have a small item they can help us in the jewelry department. I ended up walking over there along with one other person and the associate over in jewelry was busy and we waited for over 5 minutes. I finally walked back over to the cashier and asked her who the manager was because the person who was initially on line behind me has already been helped and we were still waiting, she sent us over to customer service.
At customer service the «manager» was busy and we waited another 5 – 8 minutes for us to finally get helped.
In the meanwhile we were waiting nobody even greeted us and when we finally paid the cashier at customer service was already in a bad mood.

Super long lines!!! Only two registers were open and the lines were wrapping around. Cashiers were nice but very slow. They had no sense of urgency. Ppl r in a rush and in our case, hungry!!! We came to eat at little ceasars pizza inside the kmart. I can say the employees who worked there r super nice and quick. Their one register was being counted out which caused us to have to go to the super long lines but employee Joseph was very apologetic and nice. Tables and floors were dirty but pizza is bomb. It was literally fresh from the oven. This kmart needs a major update though. Now i remember why i never shop here.

This store is usually a mess. Most of the shelves are either empty, or overstuffed with items.
The lines are always long. Not enough employees.
If you like pizza… they do have Little Caesars pizza at this location.

I always feel like I traveled back in time. Kmart looks just like it did 20 years ago. At least they have a little cesars pizza still.

I don’t usually shop here unless it’s something I need right away and it’s close by so that is about the only reason I will go in. I don’t really care for Kmart it’s old and nothing inviting about it except the young friendly staff they hire at the registers. Get in, get what you need and out that’s pretty much the feel. It should get a makeover to make it more inviting at least

The wait here is absolutely ridiculous. I was waiting the the «customer returns“line and there were 4 cashiers there just chit chatting. they said we needed to wait because they needed money .15 min later i was a little more than pissed. The cashiers are rude. especially the girl that has all the tattoos and piercings. also people are ghetto. stop in the middle of the asle with thier 50

So my brother came here to buy some gifts we left some in layaway he goes back to pay everything and we get home it was the wrong stuff. Fist i don’t think this people know how to do there job come on ur suppose to check the name and the ticket number so we waisted time and gas. Got me annoyed, people come on get on the zone. They also need to open the box for you before they give it to you or open the box in front of you to see if everything is good.

I agree with the worst customer service comments. I was there just last night, my wife was waiting in the layaway line just before 10pm, then the cashier told us at 1010pm, after we’d been waiting in line already, that layaway is now closed. Kinda bullshit if you ask me. The store manager was standing at the front door he only told another employee to call layaway, but they told her that that department already «bagged out». I know that if I have a retail business, I am in it to make money. Well it’s evident that they are not. No wonder they almost went out of business. BTW, the manager’s name was Tony.

We come here because its not as messy as others. No complaints on customer service. They’re helpful but no, They really don’t smile.lol. I use layaway mainly for toys or electronics for the kiddos.

Customet service here is simply horrible. There is miscommunication throughout the whole store! The girl at layaway (tall, fake blonde, man-​looking) is beyind rude and disrespectful! I tried talking to her about a misunderstanding and this «girl» gave me ugliest looks and the most disrespectful attitude. Then she proceeded to call a manager (older Armenian looking man) who was a total douche! He obviously doesn’t care about customers, and wouldn’t listen to anything I was saying! Don’t waste your time or money here!

Kmart is basically almost extinct now since most of the other branches have gone and I’m surprised this branch is still up and going. Anyway decided to pop in here since there is a little caesars pizzeria inside and oh man, this kmart is soooo soooo so ghetto. Its more ghetto than Walmart. Its also so untidy and ugly. As we ordered our pizza. My brother and I decided to walk around kmart to kill time. And I was looking through the common things I would buy at target and have noticed their prices are way expensive as well. With how this kmart is doing, I think they should lower their prices to be more competitive compared to the big tier places such as Walmart or target or probably kmart just can’t afford it.

The silver streak drops me off here from school, so it’s somewhere convenient for me to stop by.
The main reason I go here is because of the Cesar’s pizza inside the K-​mart. They have a lunch special pizza for 99 cents and a refillable soft drink/​icee. I always abuse the refill because I’m a broke college student that needs liquids to feel full haha. I believe Cesar’s closes at 8 pm.
Clothes here have initially normal price (ie $ 26 for cargo shorts), but they usually go on sale (going down to $ 13). There’s always something on sale in the store for 25%-50% off. If you’re not so stingy about namebrands, this is a great place.
It’s always a bit empty for a huge store with limited employees, but whatever. As long as they don’t go out of business, I can get cheap clothes and cheap food.

I come here once in a great while. Usually if something I want is on sale. The people here are ghetto, rude, unhappy people! Never a smile or willing to help. Seems like most of them would rather talk amongst themselves. The whole place just makes you feel very uncomfortable.
Most recently I bought some items online that they had on sale. Online some items were unavailable. I go to pick up the items I did order the next day, only to find that the items which were «unavailable» were in fact there. This rude woman who was playing supervisor was unwilling to give me my items at sale price. Just a flat out NO, not willing to work with me at all. POOR COSTUMER SERVICE!

I work at an office close by so sometimes I come here when I need to pick up something real quick. There is no such thing as a quick trip here. There’s always one register open, a huge line, employees all over the place but for some reason they rarely open up another register. Such a waste of time.

Sometimes kmart have good deals, but they have no customer service or they suck or they are lazy to do the job!
Today, I went there to buy something. When I ready to checkout, the casher guy said Sorry I’m close. I looked at the checkout stations all the lights were off. I was like WTF they had at least 6 kmart workers there (in front of me), but nobody were able to do the checkout. There were about 8 customers (include me), we had no idea where to go. Then the casher guy realized that, he opened the checkout light on his station.
After purchsed things, I went to pick-​up department for 2 items that I ordered online.
It took about 30 mins to pick up 2 items. YES 30 freaking mins. They had the items whole time, but casher lady has no idea how to do it. I guess it’s a new worker.
They kept arguing with me they only had one item. I told them I got email said two items were ready to pick up. I showed them the email. They still couldn’t figuring out why only one item. The item was in the locker whole time, but I didn’t know what were they thinking.

The once mighty K-​mart, even in the modern era was still a force with the 24-​hour Kmart. This place kind of reminds me of a generation not too distant in a small town. I enjoyed my time at this store. Plenty of parking space, next to freeway, not too crowded and organized, though some aisles were a bit cramp and shoppers not fast.
They had no Pepsi, its cool I prefer Coke anyways. No ice, no ATM but the service was very friendly at the food court and decent at the registers. Though not as huge as Wal-​Mart or fancy as Target they have something I desire, something I long for. There are things I miss like watching Billy Joel landing Christine Brinkley or eating Broasted Chicken with a cheesy 80’s movie.
K-​Mart had a lot of stores take their thunder but it is still something special to me. Walmart shoved local business, Target shoved their niche into American fabric. Much Like Lil Wayne in his song «How To Love» K-​Mart should know its beauty.
