Rude customer service. The worst employment agency i’ve been to. Stay away from this place.

As an update, when re-​opening my claim with un-​employment, the EDD called to verify my work with Citi-​Staff. When contacted, Citi-​Staff told the EDD I was never an employee of theirs and was only a contract worker. I informed the EDD this was in fact not the case as I had filed a W-​4 and had three paychecks reflecting my federal and state tax withholdings to prove it. After verifying my information, the EDD case-​worker assured me she would «let them know they were mistaken» and that I was certainly an employee and she had no idea why they would try to lie about that.
Thankfully I was able to supplement my income with unemployment and I am now happily with another Temp agency (Office Team: Robert Half) with no complaints and several assignments.

I was so desperate I actually came here because they told me they had clerical jobs available. Once I get in I realize this is similar to a Labor Ready (mostly for men looking for day to day industrial jobs). The girls behind the counter were very very inappropriate, one had a very very low cut top on (yuck!) and she was telling the other girl she thinks she might be pregnant. I was in shock. I interrupted their conversation (forgive me! for interfering) and said I would return at a later time. Don’t waste your time here.
