I arrived to eat lunch and went inside to order and I was very impressed with the way the person taking the order for the person in front of me who was mentally challenged, she helped him, was very polite and professional. I didn’t mind the wait because she did a great job of taking his order. After she was done with him she took my order and was very nice. My food arrived in a few minutes and was prepared the way I ordered. The cashier’s name was Deawndra. I know this is fast food but they did a great hob today.

During the past month I have repeatedly received wrong orders through the drive through for breakfast. I don’t like to complain, but after experiencing this on 11 separate occasions, it’s not simply an employee mistake. It’s ignorance, laziness and substance abuse. Every employee I come face to face with always seems to be under the influence. Orders take way too long to be called«fast food». As an apology, manager Jarreau J. told me to come in at my convenience for a free combo to make up for the poor service. I would have accepted this and would currently be happy if it weren’t for the fact that this meal was also incomplete and wrong. When I approached Mr. Jarreau to show him this, he began to show attitude towards me not befitting someone in a managerial position.

This is by far the slowest Taco Bell ever. I don’t usual eat fast food, but it had been a long night at a rock concert and a few beers later Taco Bell sounded like an amazing idea. When I pulled in, there were(8) cars waiting in line at the drive through. So, I decided to park and order inside. Unfortunately, that didn’t help the wait any, and it may have made it worse. I placed my order and waited for more than(10) minutes! This is fast food not slow food! If I knew the wait was that long, I would have gone to a sit-down restaurant or just cooked at home. On the positive side, the staff there was nice. The gal did tell me when I ordered that there was a long wait. Apparently, they were under staffed. When I did get the food, it was hot and fresh. Overall, if you want to wait for a long time for fast food, then this is your place to go.

The slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, even when there are no cars in front of me. This is not fast food!

Gave them a 1* only because I couldn’t give them any lower. People have been here 30 min waiting for their food. A lady waited 10 min to get waited on. Still no food for me and I’m creeping up on 20 min wait and there are 10 people waiting ahead of me! Ridiculous! I could have run over to hyvee, bought all the ingredients and cooked my own taco

Having seen advertisements recently for the quesarito and finding myself hungry, I thought I’d drive down here since its nearby and have a snack. I don’t like sour cream inside of food, as it tends to get warm, so I asked for it on the side. Either their ordering system doesn’t allow for this, the kid working the register didn’t know how, or they just like to charge people extra money, but I got charged 30¢ to have my sour cream on the side. 30¢ is chump change and doesn’t bother me, but the principle does. I wrote out to them on social media and their contact form and heard nothing back from either. The entrée itself was pretty good for Taco Bell, but I was annoyed at their«upsell».

Where are all the decent people that used to work here? 15 minutes in the drive though so I backed out and went inside. Why didn’t I just leave and go somewhere else?!

On February 6, 2013 I visited the drive-thru at this location. I had previously posted a review, so am amending to show my second visit a year later that was even worse! When I arrived at the order window and attempted to place my order, I was told they were out of Baja Blast. I opted for Mt. Dew instead. When I got to the window I was handed my drink. It was clear the syrup was out for Mt. Dew. When she(receipt says Ashley) returned to the window, I told her and instead of just fixing the problem(there is more than one fountain at this site), she said I’d have to pick something else. I said I had already picked the two things I wanted and would prefer a refund. She went from friendly to scowling in .5 seconds! After that I was treated with suspicion and hostility, never hearing another friendly word or smile. If I hadn’t already paid, I would have left without the food. In early March, 2014 I went through this Taco Bell drive-thru again. My order appeared to be right and they had everything I requested. When I got back to work I began to eat my beef and potato burrito. About a third of the way through I bit into something that was large and hurt my teeth, so I spat it out. It was a hard, sandy, black object that tasted very bitter, not burnt. It appeared to something breaded and the outside breading looked nice and golden brown, while the inside looked like a ball of hard coffee grounds. I do still have most of the object. No amount of soda alleviated the terrible taste and I had to brush my teeth to get rid of it. I contacted Taco Bell via the e-mail system and told them I had photos to send. As it appears to be breaded and black in the middle, this does not seem like something«accidental.» A week later I was contacted by a manager who wasn’t very friendly. He said to e-mail him the photos at his e-mail address. I did and got no response. Two weeks later I followed up again to be sure he received them and never heard back. The photos are now uploaded on this site.

After a busy and long day, I stopped at Taco Bell for a bite to eat. I drive by this location at least 5 times a week but only maybe eat here once every two months. I was very impressed with the extremely friendly service in the drive-thru. Mercy was super friendly and cheerful– almost too over the top but I would rather have that than some grumpy person. At the second window, I was given my order by Jernica who was very helpful also. I pulled over after leaving so I could write down their names so I wouldn’t forget when I sent this letter. When I got home, I was disappointed to find that my cantina bowl didn’t come with cutlery. My kitchen is packed up for a move so I couldn’t eat that part of my order. I called and talked to the manager and she was friendly and sincere about the issue. She offered to send me a coupon which I received in the mail yesterday. I look forward to visiting this location again for more good food(this is obviously not high quality dining but the new cantina bowl was pretty delicious) and great service!
