History
Established in 2011.
Since our opening, in May 2011, we have settled into what we are now. A lovely Lodge in West Dover Vermont, which sits on 4.5 acres of land. Our rooms are warm and inviting. Our food is where we excel. We are 88% Vermont farm to table, since we are what we eat. We offer guides for most of our outdoor activities winter, spring, summer and fall. We have a culinary team comprised of two talented ladies and their support staff. These two ladies have a huge passion for cooking fresh and local. We like the fact that when you eat here you know a local farmer is getting the benefits of you eating. In this way, by dining with us, the community benefits directly and our valley grows that much stronger. We look forward to your visit whether it be for a meal or a stay.
Meet the Business Owner
Sandy M.
Business Owner
As the owner of Layla’s I am over joyed to welcome you. We have put a couple of years into redoing what was here and now are ready to show off what we have. I have a passion for food, and living in Vermont fuels that passion. We have the option of more than 20 local farms and hundreds more in this great state. Having these kind of resources is what makes a meal here exceptional and hard to duplicate. Our kennel has been redone from top to bottom. We have 9 indoor kennels and a 1,200 SQFT indoor run for those rainy days as well as three out door runs. I am looking forward to meeting all of you and listening to your stories over the time you spend with us, Regards Sandy
