I really like that they take your order really quick. And your order comes out quick and its hot. Not cold like other places. I really enjoyed eating here.

Do not eat here if you value your time, money, and food. I love Wendy’s burgers probably the most(after In and Out of course). But since the location on Ventura closed ive tried this location about 4 times. Each and every time my food has been handed to me within 30 seconds of pulling up. I understand this is fast food, but how could you possibly make my order correctly with any type of care and check it to make sure its ok … all in 30 seconds. and THERE is the problem, every single time its slapped together looking like a mess or looks and tastes like its been sitting there for a while. and 3 of 4 time there has been something missing from my order. Ive even tried ordering something with changes to make sure they have to make me a fresh item(like no onions or add xyz) and I got home only to find that they just gave me whatever was there. never going back

Went here last night and ordered about 6 dollars worth of food. Later on my boyfriend looked at his bank statement and they had charged him for three different orders. He ended up spending an extra 20 dollars for food we didn’t order or get.

First time around the spicy chicken was so dry I couldn’t bite into it so, I drove back to get another sandwich and it was just as dry.

Decent Place to go to. Service is pretty fast and the place is mostly clean. Decent selection for a fast food restaurant. It is also not too crowded. One of the best Wendy’s I ever been to.

This Wendy’s is pretty hit or miss. If you dine in, they’re generally really nice and the food’s fairly high quality; but if you drive-thru, you’re taking a risk, friend. It seems like that since there’s such a large senior clientele, they primarily put the effort into dine in orders. Every time I get drive thru, it’s slapped together and over-salted to the point of being inedible.

This is my favorite fast food in the area. Food is ready quick, always fresh, and employees in drive thru are nice.

Went back here to the same location and was really disappointed with the customer service. Had a younger Hispanic take my order and he seemed to have an attitude problem. I pulled up to the drive thru and I asked if I could get a minute to order. He said okay and I took about 2 minutes and when I was ready he told me to pull to the first window where he kept repeating«I thought you left» and kept repeating when he thought I didn’t hear him. Then before I left, I said have a good day and he didn’t hear me correctly because he asked me in a rude aggressive tone“What did you say??“ Order was correct but I’ll never come back here again

To me, three stars for a fast food joint is like 5 stars for anything else. I don’t typically like fast food but Wendy’s isn’t bad.(I’m definitely In-N-Out biased — I love that place.) Went with my child recently and had a quarter pounder with fries. He asked if I wanted small, medium or large and not being a fast food person, I asked«huh» and he told me it was $ 1 extra for large so I said sure. We both ate well(if you call greasy fast food well) and left happy. This Wendy’s isn’t bad. It’s in a center I find myself in frequently for Pavilions, Starbucks, Baskin Robbins or somewhere else. It’s in the fast food central part of West Hills — across the street from McDonald’s and up the road from Carl’s Jr. and Taco Bell. The dining room is rather large. There were kids to senior citizens. The entire west valley must love Wendy’s. I so want to quote the Beach Boys song and ask«Wendy, Wendy what went wrong?» but things were fine on my visit.

First time for everything. Got home, enjoying my dinner, and they screwed up my daughters cheeseburger. Real nice after working all day to have to leave to get this mistake taken care of.

Tho the initial lady at the counter was nice enough to break my large bill and allowed me to use my 2 coupons in 1 transaction. The girl who got my items ready SUCKEDBIGTIME that Is why they didn’t get 4 stars. She was too busy flirting with her friend behind me that she thought I was eating there when I had said it was to go. Then never gave me straws or condiments nor did she ask. However my grandma and I liked the food… at least they got the items correct. Tho I think flirty girl gave me a large drink vs a medium..

I’ve never been one for fast food, but I enjoyed the many options that their menu offers. We went inside to order and I believe it was the manager that helped us, and he was beyond helpful. He asked me all sorts of questions to perfect my meal and I ended up with the most delicious baked potato, all the necessary fixings. Very speedy service as well. I’m full and happy.

Came here for a school fundraiser. I like the neighborhood, nice quite and clean. Wendy’s good place to eat. Cashier ok, when my wife asked if we were billed for the strawberry lemonade the cashier and super got all bent out of shape, i mean i work in costumer service too and i understand but its was a simple question. What smoothed everything, the guy cleaning the tables, he asked me «can i take your tray and do you need a refill» i was surprised and i said yes. Awesome ! My son had an awesome time with his classmates and we had fun too. Thank you, i’ll be back

This location is very quick and efficient. There’s never a line inside or in the drive thru. Everyone seems to be real nice and friendly. And the food is pretty good for fast food. There chicken is just so juicy and delish. I prefer there chicken over most fast food places. And I love the fact that you can get baked potatoes here. They are sooo good. It’s in a nice big shopping center and lots of parking. Oh and don’t forget to get there Frosty. So delish!

Maybe it’s just that I’ve gotten food poisoning from the McDonald’s across the street, and the Carl’s Jr. nearby tends towards incorrect orders, but I much prefer Wendy’s to most other fast good offerings in the area. I do wish they’d go back to their old fries rather than the natural cut, but that’s probably wishful thinking.

Fast food. Not the healthiest place to eat but the spicy chicken sandwich makes my mouth water paired with a side salad and I’m set. Usually I drive thru but today chose to eat inside the clean dining room, the cashier notice I have a frosty keytag And reminded me to get my free frosty. Always good in my book. Thanks for watching out especially on this 80 degree California winter day.

Okay, so since I’ve been harping on nostalgia… This place is crazy. I used to come here with my mom for lunch in middle school and high school… and we’d sit and talk about everything… see my mom and I are very very close and always have been apparently. Anyway, for some reason, I vividly remember wearing this kelly green pseudo-advertising swim team shirt while sitting in the back corner here… anyway… I digress. For the longest time, there was this pretty old lady who would«work» in this place. I am not sure if she would be paid even… but she would come around and talk and clean up the trays and clean the tables. It was the weirdest thing. It was more like something you’d see in a diner in the middle of nowhere… as opposed to a fast food place. When she died, they had a plaque put up with a picture of her(I really forget her name now) and this tribute to her. It was sweet… since it was the weirdest thing. Another odd thing is they hold meetings here of some sort of retired air force group. I mean, the guys are way into their 60s… if not 80s. I’m terrible at gauging age… so ignore me… but suffice to say, they’re old… and it’s bizarre. Now, on the days when the Hale kids get out of school… this place is a mad house! Raging hormones running rampant. That’s basically it. It’s swamped with wall to wall middle school students… I think the high schoolers even know to keep away from this place… I know we did! I remember the cool thing to do was to dip the fries in the chocolate frosty shake. Who knows? It was cool then. As for the food… it’s no different then any other Wendy’s. I don’t know.

I needed some food on the quick and with few carbs, as I had to get back to work for the very long night called Back to School Night.(Cue horror music!) I was pleasantly surprised to hear they had some salads that fit the bill. BLT Cobb for me, please. Not bad at all! Hard-boiled egg, bacon, chicken, tomatoes, etc. Good job, Wendy’s! While in the drive-thru, I figured I’d try much luck and ask if they could make a Jr. Cheeseburger without the bun. Not only could they, but they wrapped it in a nice piece of lettuce for me! Thus far, I thought only In n Out and Carl’s Jr did that. Nice to have another place on the list for when I need it! Thanks, Wendy’s!

I like this location. They’re quick and efficient. Prices are decent, food is good old Wendy’s, and the location is convenient. Plenty of parking too, though I usually use the drive through But remember it’s fast food so it’s not healthy by any means lol I tend to get a frosty, a burger, and some chicken nuggets and I’m good
