THESE ARE THE BEST WINDOW CLEANERS EVER. We’ve had many window cleaners in the past. Some good and some not so good. Very professional and did an outstanding job. Arrived on time and worked hard to get the job done. No messes in the house and all windows sparkling.

We recently used Sparking Clean for a remodeled — rebuilt house. We needed the exterior windows cleaned after construction and before move in. They showed up on time, did a fantastic job. Hideous and awful and unreliable service. Employee showed up without a crew and supplies and no explanation. Contact with management yielded no explanation nor compensation or effective apology. offensive lack of customer consideration and a history of dirty water drips inside home, soiled upholstery and drapery and even the damage of a family heirloom.

The team at Sparkling Clean Window Company really bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and work with our schedule. We were very pleased with the work and were impressed with how hard Joseph and the team worked to make us happy. They were flexible, professional, and did a great job on our windows. I’m so impressed! I had an excellent experience dealing with this company. Here’s a list of great qualities I witnessed:
1. The crew got to my house 15 minutes early for the noon appointment. This is a far cry from most companies that show up 30 minutes late. The crew I recommend is David and Nick’s team.
2. Before they began, we discussed the estimate. The crew asked me to call the manager (Joseph) before we began to make sure the estimate would be accurate. The manager was incredibly easy to communicate with. When I asked the manager if I could pay before the work began, he told me they always wait until the job is done and the customer is satisfied.
3. As they began, one crew member started on the exterior windows while the other went inside to take the screens off the windows. The crew member who went inside put show covers on his feet to protect my clean floor! Wow!
4. The 34 exterior windows and 9 interior windows looked spotless within two hours and the screens were cleaned and replaced without any mess. Seriously, it was like elves came in and cleaned my windows.
5. I called the office to have my credit card charged for the service and Karen, an office staff member, was equally wonderful.
Wow, it’s always amazing to find a company that actually still believes in customer service and seems to value you as a customer. Austin is growing really fast and these kind of companies are hard to find these days…

Our children honored my Christmas wish to have our home windows cleaned by paying it forward. The two men who arrived from Sparkling Clean Window Company were very thorough with great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. They spent three hours longer than was estimated to complete the job, replace screens and make sure we were satisfied with their work. I got quotes from three companies. These guys were not the cheapest, but they were more professional, seemed more knowledgable and are fully insured.
We scheduled them for several months ago, but had to cancel them. I called last week and they remembered me! They came out this morning to do the work and did a fantastic job!
