Established in 1996.

I am a seasoned Recruiter/​Talent Acquisition Professional and Human Resources consultant with wisdom gained over 20 years in the corporate world. My vast experience in recruiting coupled with my corporate staffing expertise provides me with invaluable insight about what organizations look for when finding talent.

In 1996 I developed my career management practice where I conducted comprehensive, in-​depth aptitude assessments geared toward individuals who wanted to evaluate their strengths and identify their ideal jobs. Since then I have provided comprehensive individualized executive coaching as well as facilitated group workshops for hundreds of people in career transition.

I am a seasoned Recruiter/​Talent Acquisition Professional and Human Resources professional who draws upon wisdom gained over 20 years in the corporate world. As an HR senior business partner and Human Resources Manager, I led the HR team in notable companies in health care, manufacturing, financial services, retail and the public sector. My vast experience in recruiting coupled with my corporate staffing expertise and as an human resources professional provides me with invaluable insight about what organizations look for when finding talent.

A graduate of the University of Oregon, I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling, with a concentration in career counseling, and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. I earned an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management in 2003.
