Gotcha Covered

We did not have a pleasant experience with Gotcha Covered. Overall we were given great blinds and a great price for them. If I were to rate based on price and quality of product I would give ⁴⁄₅ stars. But I am only giving 2 stars due to the experience with the service provided by Danielle.
We had to deal with a month delay in getting one blind installed from our first order. Then our second order for a panel track had to go through just as long of a delay. On top of that, we get a call from Danielle more than month after the panel track is installed to charge us for the rest of the order (only 60% is charged when ordered, the rest is charged after install). I mean a month? Who waits that long to get money for their business? I feel that we were treated rudely at times and not in a professional manner. If I were to order window treatments for my home again, I would not choose Gotcha Covered.
