Great neighborhood gym Owners are so nice and friendly We come here whenever we are in town. They are always welcoming of drop-in’s; a bit outdated equipment and environment but overall a decent place to workout

I have belonged to many gyms over the years but Fit for Life is the best fit for me. It’s just the right size, small enough to feel welcoming but large enough to offer the classes and equipment I want. The owners Vicky and Tony are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They offer unlimited classes that are included in your membership. Membership is reasonably priced and there are no sign up fees. The club is well kept and clean. I have been working with an excellent personal trainer there for the past 3 months and I have NEVER enjoyed working out like I do now. This club is the perfect fit for me and I strongly recommend it.

Fit for Life is a small gym, but it’s perfect for a small town. I feel like I usually go during the busiest part of the day, but I almost always get a treadmill(which seem to be popular). The crowd is mostly middle aged to older adults, with an occasional high school or college student. I can always get myself into the zone here — not a lot of distractions or people at the front desk trying to sell things.

what?! No reviews for Fit for Life? I thought everyone in West Linn comes here… at least, every time I’m here that’s what it feels like. This is a small but very well-kept gym right across the street from Market of Choice. Even though the place is not that big and the basement-like location=no windows, there are plenty of machines, weights, medicine balls, etc. I usually never have to wait for a treadmill. The bathrooms & machines are spotless, the staff is really nice, and I just get a good feeling after working out here. There are free yoga/pilates/aerobic etc classes you can take, so check out their schedule. Times to avoid: 4−6PM. Lots of after-work folks here during this time. The one downside of going to a small, locally owned gym: really limited hours. They close at 9, which is fine during the summer when I have plenty of time, but other times, I prefer to work out late at night!
