I am having the same experience as others with this company. Ordered some pellets on 7÷23÷11. Order was confirmed via e-mail and no word since. Messages and emails are not answered. Now the mail box on the phone is full. Bad deal. I confirmed with MAK that the they are no longer doing business with PGO.

Stay away from these folks. They are very nice and apologetic on the phone(when you can get through to them, which is never these days, as their number rings and rings, only to be answered and advised that the mailbox is full), but do not follow through on their promises to ship, etc. I’m lucky I received part of my order, but have to assume I will never see the rest or get my money back.

I bought a Memphis Advantage on 6⁄15 through PGO for my husband’s Father’s Day gift. PGO charged my card the full amount immediately(same day). I was excited because I just knew my grill was on the way. No one charges your card until they can provide you with a tracking # and the unit leaves the door, right? Well, wrong! I was not provided with a tracking #. I finally spoke to Customer Service on 7⁄19 after numerous attempts to reach them and still no grill and no tracking #. Brian with customer service assured me that the Memphis Grill was being shipped from MN and I would get a tracking # in a few days via email. By 7⁄29 I still had no tracking # and no grill and no response from PGO. At this point they had been leveraging my money for 6 weeks. I surfed the web to find the manufacturer in MN that the PGO customer service agent had mentioned, and I found Hearthland Products! I left a message which was promptly returned by the GM of Hearthland Products who supplies the Memphis Grill to dealers across the US including PGO, and he confirmed that PGO had never placed my order and the item was in stock the day I purchased it. I cannot stess enough the importance of choosing your dealer wisely. I recently learned that the CEO of PGO was arrested for cocaine possession. Yikes! I looked for the report online and found it. It is true. Here is the link: Many of us were left hanging as evidence of the PGOFB page. MAK and Memphis Grills have both dropped PGO. Now PGO has no grills to sell, but their website is still live and consumers are at risk if they make a purchase. I was finally reimbursed by my credit card company on 8÷1÷11. We went the whole summer without a grill and PGO went the whole summer leveraging my funds to pay their other bills.
