Domino’s Pizza

They didnt deliver my entire order. And then refused to deliver the rest when i called to complain. I had to call multiple times because they kept lying saying they were going to deliver. They ended up stealing my money.

I am absolutely furious about my pizza order this evening. My order took almost two hours to arrive. When I called the store to express my concern, the person manning the phone for the evening, continued to escalate the issue by yelling at me and barely let me get a word in. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told I would have to wait until Wednesday morning to speak to someone. I asked for a credit/​refund and he outright said no there is nothing he could do. I paid online with my card thinking it would be more efficient but it felt like an easier way for the store attendant to not give me a refund. LESSON LEARNED!
I placed my order online and updated my profile. There was an error in capturing my updated phone number. However, the address was successfully updated as well as specific instructions to knock on the door upon arrival. The driver never came to the door. When I finally was able to get a word through with the store rep the driver came back with my COLD pizza. The person on the phone hung up without apologizing, trying to accommodate or saying goodbye. I was extremely upset and unpleased with Dominoes tonight.
I’ll be taking my business to pizza hut or papa johns!

I must first express that I have been a long time customer to Dominoes (over 15 years) and never experience this before. Dominoes has since contacted me to address my concerns. They have been very professional in handling remedying the situation. Due to their efforts, I would like to update my review to reflect the efforts and steps Dominoes have taken.
My initial order consisted of three medium pizza. However, I was offered an apology, refund and a free medium pizza. I have not yet received the refund but I did take advantage of the medium pizza.

Def one of the worst dominos in the county. The review average says a lot. i come to this dominos because it’s the closest one to my side of Montclair. Whenever i order online and try to call them to not put that nasty garlic on my crust, the men working there act dumb. Are you dumb? Because im not seeing why youre putting me on hold and asking me the same question 17 times. i dont mean to sound rude but it’s just really frustrating. When this dominos was ran by all girls is was good. but these men? smh. imbeciles
i need to remember to go to the Dominos in my town ran by Indians, so much better

The absolute worst dominos I’ve ever dealt with. The only reason why I order dominos is because I want thin crust. It’s not worth it.
The first time I ordered and the delivery never came because the driver’s cell phone died. The idiot never thought to get out of the car and ring the door bell (as outlined in my instructions). I paid with my card so I had to call and get a refund. Never got that refund by the way.
This time, I ordered my pizza the driver calls and tells me he can’t find my house. He says, «I’m at 109, I don’t see 101. I literally had to tell him to drive further down the street, the numbers go down. Who the heck does the hiring in this place? He finally made it down the street, brought my pizza and was missing my dipping sauces. My hands were full so I couldn’t check for sauces, I look, no sauces. I called and they said they would send the drive back…30 minutes later, no driver.
Do not order from them. Select another location if available.

I wish there was an option for no stars this is legit the worst dominos I have ever been too. I wait 3 hours for delivery and then I have to drive there to find 4 idiots all sitting down doing nothing but staring at me like I have 4 heads. The owner of this establishment should be looked at mentally for letting people run his store that are extremely stupid. The harsh words are much needed for I am furious right now!!!

This is literally the worst pizza place I ever ordered from. Being that my work hours are quite irregular, I used to order pizza quite regularly. This was one of the most common places I ordered from because of its convenient location quite close to me. The quality of the food is what you would expect from any pizza joint, so there’s no real problem there. however the service is exceptionally bad. the delivery times can go anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half. this is no exaggeration, I have literally waited for 90 minutes on more than one occasion. the worst, most unforgivable thing is that nobody picks up the phone. you will be stuck with an order that is already charged to your credit card without any means of cancelling it. it almost seems like a scam, where they take your order, charge you, and deliver it cold hours later after you’ve lost your appetite and your mood. I called once at 6 p.m. to complain to the manager about how terrible the service was, and was told that the manager had already gone home. I’ve told them that I would file a complaint with the Dominos headquarters but this has made no difference. Bottom line is, this is simply a pizza joint, offering nothing different from all the other pizza joints in the area, and it is no cheaper. Do not do not ever order from this place, it would be a big mistake as the service is horrendous. try ordering from Papa Johns West Orange, Pizza Hut, Google pizza delivery and find something reasonable. I repeat this place has been offering the same terrible service for years, do not support it.

Ordered a large pepperoni via app. Received a medium plain. No big deal, I’ll just call them, right? Wrong. They don’t pick up the telephone. How can you run a pizza delivery business where you don’t pick up the telephone??? It doesn’t make sense

Don’t ever make the mistake of ordering here. Unless you want to deal with the most disorganized mess of your life.
I come in to pick up my order which should’ve been ready and they go looking for it, there’s about 5 drivers waiting for orders or people just hanging out. The 2 girls at the front seem lost, the customer before me is pissed about her order.
They don’t say anything just go about taking care of the chaos in the back.
I wait 10 mins. Another guy walks in and picks up his order no problem. The other girl stands there staring off into space instead of asking me if I’ve been taken care off. So I finally ask her– can you check on my order?
«Oh your order been ready» — that’s verbatim.
Then apparently during the 15 minutes I’ve been waiting they still didn’t have labels for the food. More chaos. I check one of the boxes and there’s no sauce. «Doesn’t this come with sauce?» «Marinara»
She comes back give me my change.
I stand there waiting for the sauce.
She continues to stand there until I say–
«So can I have the marinara?»
She takes one from the display counter and hands it to me. The boxes are cold.
I walked away without saying thank you– and I am not ever rude to service workers but I was extremely annoyed at this point.
Kill yourself before ordering from this Dominos. You’d probably have a better experience.
