Monthly Wilton® classes are scheduled for the beginning, intermediate and advanced decorator.

History

Established in 1997.

We have been baking custom cakes for all occasions, selling cake decorating supplies and teaching cake decorating classes since we opened.

Our expanding business required us to expand into the shop next to us in November of 2012. Since then our variety of cakes, cake decorating supplies, and cake class techniques, has grown.

This is truly the «Cake Decorator’s Toy Store.»

Merrie Lee R.

Business Owner

Merrie Lee, Owner/​Decorator/​Teacher has over 40 years experience and is an award winning decorator. She is a Wilton Hall of Fame member and an International Cake Exploration Society (ICES) Wilber Brand Service Award winner. She was an ICES Florida State Representative for 4 years and served as an alternate for 4 years.

She has been the owner/​operator ever since Cakes Etc. opened in 1997.
