The food was cold and dry. The sushi was not fresh. Tuna was frozen and pink mush. Please do not order pick-up. Look for Japanese chefs only!

I saw some really good reviews about this place and decided I would try it out for dinner tonight. I placed an order of about fifty dollars, but I wanted to make sure their total matched mine, so I asked the woman how much it was. She then told me that since I wanted two rolls with the seaweed outside, she was going to charge me an extra dollar a roll. I said no, I wasn’t substituting anything, I was simply asking for them to flip the seaweed over(I’ve made my own sushi, this is basic stuff). Long story short, she wouldn’t waive the two dollars, so I told her to cancel the whole order. She didn’t seem to care; who loses a fifty dollar order over a stupid made up fee? I will never call them back, that’s for sure!

Solidly our current favorite place to go for sushi. Tons of different types of rolls for a reasonable price, and every single one we have tried was damn good. You can get a huge sushi boat for two for $ 44 which is a steal considering it also comes with soup/salad for each person! Their onion/mushroom soup is also noteworthy, my boyfriend and I love the stuff. Service is always the same waiters who remember your preferences which is always nice, though lately service has been slow due to them being understaffed. No matter, just make sure you give yourself a bit of extra time if you go. Atmosphere is quiet and all the booths in this place have privacy screens between the seats so you have your own little bubble to eat in. There is also a small bar seating area at the front of the place to eat and watch your sushi be made. Overall a solid little place, a definite must on the rotation! :-)

I loved this place! Small and cozy. A wide variety of super rolls. Love the buffalo Tuna app. Military roll and super crunch roll. All unique and good! We also shared tempura veggies. It was quite large and delightful! Will definitely be back, a lot!

Sushi is fresh and delicious. Only problem is their hours. they close between lunch and dinner so they are always busy. That keeps me from going there as much as I would like. But I haven’t yet found as good sushi elsewhere.

I have never eaten here but only heard great things. My wife and I just tried to order take out and were told that they stopped taking take out orders tonight. When I tired asking what time they normally stop taking them I was hung up on. I understand it’s a Friday night and they might be busy but how about a little more common curtesy.

The place is not much to look at but the sushi is delicious! It’s very well priced and their custom rolls are delicious. $ 7.50 for a shrimp tempura roll and $ 6 for some dumplings. The crunch roll was delicious as well. Service was good as well. I highly recommend it.

This is the best Japanese restaurant I have ever been to. It is even better than most of the Japanese restaurant in Japan. We ordered the Sushi special for 2. It is a combo of different sushi, including California rolls, crunch rolls, sashimi… Yummy. The sesame salad is too good. We finished the first bowl and ordered one more. Everything was awesome. We will go back during the stay in the town.

Good sushi in a strip mall. Salmon was very fresh. Spicy Tuna and California roll were standard fare. Nothing spectacular. Good sushi at an affordable price.

Do yourself a favor and try the«Tokyo Love Story» roll. You’ll need CPR and then weaning off mechanical ventilation for several weeks; this roll is so damn delicious. Low key vibe, good prices, and friendly staff.

Three words. «Tokyo Love Story» Order this. You will thank me. I love this little place, not only for the food and wonderful selection, but also because there is a little section near the back that is very traditional Japanese. They provide a little something extra at this location, to make you feel a little more special. I’ll explain. They have this small low to the ground, table area where you sit upon pillows. Therefore, between sitting in the Japanese tradional way,(legs under you) and the music… service… ambiance… and hot green tea… well… it just feels as if you’re transported to Japan instantly. They serve a fresh little orange at the end of the meal, for a healthy, sweet, palate cleansing dessert.

Me and the wife come here on a weekly basis. Best sushi restaurant in town hands down. Fish is always served fresh and the rolls are amazing. The atmosphere is a nice dim Japanese style scene with plenty of available seating. The waiters are friendly and always get our orders right, with a smile. Not to busy or loud which is a plus in our book. 2 for 1 happy hour 5−7pm, hot Saki to wash it all down. :)

The sushi was pretty typical, it seemed fresh. The servers were disappointingly rude though.

Aside from the waitress making a mistake on a custom roll order, which no big deal because they gladly corrected the situation. The inside of the restaurant is a little«dated» but don’t be deceived! The fish, rice(sushi), soup… Everything we had here was fresh and absolutely delicious. It was not overly crowded, our server was decently attentive, the lights were dimmed for a more romantic feel. It was just the perfect night for a double date with our good friends Eric & Jodi, whom I give full credit to the discovery of this gem. You can’t go wrong with great company & great food! We’ll definitely bring this place to the top of the sushi selections, even though it’s a little bit of a drive from Wellington! Loved it!

This is my all time favorite Restaurant. Best Sushi in town. I have been coming here for years. Now that I moved to Boynton, I still travel down this way just to eat here. The staff is friendly and the price is just right.
