Jiffy Lube

Not happy with this place! They managed to break my glovebox doing an oil change… I’ll add it should not cost nearly as much as they charge, from now on I will use an independent shop and not pay $ 109 for wiper blades and oil, that was the cost after scanning the coupon from the JiffyLube website… good deals and not so good deals in the world but this is in the scam department! Can someone tell me why they need to touch my glovebox for an oil change? Needles to say I won’t be going back to any JiffyLube ever! Overall most of the employees are nice enough but that’s not enough, thanks for the complimentary cup of coffee, if you had been a coffee shop I would rate you better!!!

I have been going to the okeechobe branch for a while. I service three vehicles there! but today was a bad experience, the guy that checked me out was very unprofessional and rude! I will be taking my business elsewhere and all the other people I recommended in the pass!

No wait & they roll out a red carpet to your car after your done. Everyone looks really happy to work here and they are super helpful !

I got a Groupon for their basic oil change and so this was the closest location to redeem it, They offered me a free brake check after the oil change and then they wanted me to buy their break service, they were very pushy, when I finally told them I couldn’t do it right at that moment the guy got upset and when it was time to pay I showed him my coupon and he saw it and pushed the redeem link and still charged me almost 50 bucks just for an oil change, I felt like I got scammed, next day there was spots on my driveway when I pulled out my wife took it back and they said they forgot to put the oil cap back on good so it was leaking. Just a bad service, I’m Never coming back here! And not to mention that the cashier wanted to change my breaks although he admitted he wasn’t certified!

I know this is a long review but it may save some frustration (and money):
I’ve been to this Jiffy Lube location a few times; the staff was friendly and the standard service for an oil change seemed reasonable (thank you Groupon). However, after my visit to this location my girlfriend noticed the carpeting on the front passenger side was getting wet. At first I thought it her weather stripping on that side was going bad or there was an issue with water getting inside the wheel well. Things got progressively worse so we looked up the possible issues. As it turns out several others had the same issue due to the AC condenser tube being pushed inside the car; this happens because people in the «pit» at places such as Jiffy Lube don’t want to be dripped on. If the tube is not returned to the exit port your car will flood! The guys at Jiffy Lube said it was caused by blockage but «fixed» the issue. Her interior carpeting is ruined and though I cannot prove it was the fault of the staff of this location I’m highly suspicious of the timing of the «blockage».
Moral of the story: if you go to Jiffy Lube (or any oil change center for that matter) and your interior becomes wet; you now know why.

Came at 1030am for an oil change and a/​c recharge. Was told one of my a/​c tubes was leaking. After 2 ½ hours, they completed the maintenance. Got on the road and 10 mins later almost broke down from my car overheating, an issue I never had prior to them touching my vehicle. I immediately brought the vehicle back and they tried telling me the car was overheating because of its previous condition, rusted clamps that punctured another hose. Who knows what the actual case was because they never told me, just kept saying it could be this or it could be that. Never actually took ownership for their lack of attn to my vehicle. All in all, i was completely taken advantage of and I will never go back to another jiffy lube. Btw, I’m writing this after sitting here for 5 hours, real jiffy.

The entire staff here was top notch. Super impressed by their customer service — Clayton was exceptionally helpful. I’ve been to a few other Jiffy lube’s before and this was by far my best experience. Took the time to explain their recommendations on additional maintenance and more importantly showed me WHY I needed it. Most service centers just tell you without rhyme or reason — these guys were genuine and helpful. Got the red carpet service at the end by Matt & another gentleman — shook our hands and gave us a coupon. First time I’ve ever felt valued as a customer at a service center!

Blech. Every time I step into a jiffy lube, they seem to find 839 things wrong with my car that in reality are totally benign or non-​problematic. Never an easy «in and out» experience and this branch is no exception. Going to locally owned, private shops from now on.

Clayton is awesome! Provides great customer service and just updates you on what you need. Got a full low down on my car and red carpet on the way out. A bit pricey but worth it for the service. You get $ 10 coupon on the way out so you build loyalty and get taken care of on price.

Fairly annoyed. When I showed up, I was told it would be about 45 minutes. I’ve now been in the waiting are for over an hour. My vehicle was in line to be next and they just pushed mine back to let another car in ahead of mine. I asked why and was told the car they pushed ahead of mine needed warranty work of some sort. I explained I’ve been here beyond an hour and was essentially told I had to wait.
I’m glad I don’t live around here because there will never be an opportunity for me to make this mistake again. Horrible customer treatment!

Bought a $ 19 Groupon and went here for an oil change. Of course, I know that their goal is to upsell other services, which wasn’t too pushy, but I didn’t need/​want a radiator flush at this time. I am on vacation from NC and can get it done with my mechanic at home cheaper. As soon as I turned down the upsells, they closed my hood and drove the car right out after the oil change. Jiffy Lube’s signature service comes (at least) a vacuuming, window cleaning… but not this place. Go elsewhere unless you are ready to buy their spiel.

I came in last night because i was having car problems. Someone came right up to me the minute i pulled in and was very helpful. He put fluids in my car when i was empty and didnt charge me. Nicest guy ever.
