Jamba Juice

I like Jamba. In fact I was just at one on Sunday and here I am by the one at my work on Monday. First time at this location and I’m thinking I’ll be driving the extra time to get to a different one. First they wanted an ID for my $ 6 card transaction. $ 6 really? I asked for a manager because I know ID’S aren’t required for purchases under $ 10. Being as I was on my lunch break and didn’t have it on me. Now about being on my lunch break, I sit here after 15 minutes with only 1 person ahead of me this whole time and no smoothies. I haven’t even heard them start the machines. There are now 12 people after 15 minutes of waiting and not 1 drink has left the counter. Note to anyone, don’t come on your lunch break as they are slow!

These girls had me at chocolate peanut butter… i work overnight shifts at a residential home close buy so for the last couple weeks i have been going before my shift to get a chocolate peanut butter smoothie and they’re always waiting with a smile even though they are getting close to closing time. This last week jamba juice saved my heine i was embarking on a 24 straight shift minus 2 hours traveling and no time to stop and eat .so i stopped in and bought 3 smoothies to last me through the 24 hour shift… At 20.00 it wasn’t too bad and the cashier was a able to tell me if they were gonna freeze well or not etc… really really happy with this jamba juice in valley fair

The supervisor was not friendly and put out a bad vibe. (6÷17÷2015 3:45 pm)

I always order the white gummy, which is from the underground menu, because it’s the BEST! A bit expensive for a smoothie, but it’s so delicious that it’s perfect for an occasional treat!

Jamba Juice is the perfect drink to have after meal and I don’t feel guilty for having it. This location is at the valley fair mail next to café rio which makes you want to spend even more money and grab a burrito. There is a couple tables for outdoor seating which is nice. The staff here is super friendly!
I came in one day wanting something other than fruit. One of the gals suggested their peanut butter mood. Yes that’s what it’s called. It has bananas in it too and I fell in love after trying it and now I’m addicted and that’s all I get. I used to get there strawberries wild bc I love strawberries but now my sweet tooth craves bananas and peanut butter. They also have a chocolate version and you can always add bananas to that too. You can add boost to any drink which is a nice jump start to your day. They get really busy on the weekends around noon but they always act fast. I’ve only had one problem here before where someone new made me a peanut butter smoothie without washing out the blender that she previously made orange juice in so that was GROSS. The manager apologized and not only made me a new drink, but gave me a large size when I only paid for a medium which I appreciated. I can tell that the staff cares about their reputation and gaining the respect of their customers and KEEPING their customers.
Don’t forget to punch in your number every time you visit jamba to earn some points and eventually get free smoothies!

There’s no reason to spend your money here unless it is for the ALL fruit and veggie options at Jamba Juice. I really enjoy the extra boosts too, though they used to be free, now you’re spending about a quarter per selection. I’d pass on the pretzels, but the oatmeal is alright. Every now and again, I’ll stop by since it’s close to work and their team is super fast and cheery! This morning it took less than 10 minutes. Awesome!

The decay of western society. The quality here is okay. Never really had a problem with that. What I did this time is a room full of people waiting and two teenagers moving slow as molasses. And people wonder why millennials R getting a bad wrap. Hustle!!!

I love jamba juice and has never had any issues but this location the staff here has no sense of urgency or quickeness especially on a weekday morning when people are rushing to get to work. I’ve tried to call in my orders ahead and they told me that they can only service walk in customers first and that it’s better to just come in and order it and wait 20 min! Even though online it says mobile orders available!

Jamba Juice is my favorite idea of dessert!
Very convenient location since it’s near many restaurants and the mall.
If the menu you see doesn’t stand out, have no fear — look up the online secret menu.
White Gummy was number one on my list for as long as I could remember.
BUT, I now discovered my new obsession. If you’re like me and crave something a little more sour, try the Thank You Jesus. You will not be disappointed.
Make sure you check the website or Unilocal page for Jamba before you go! Almost half the time I find a special/​deal going on.

They are always friendly and prompt to greet you when you walk in. They are efficient and quick as they can. The store is always clean and the staff works hard at keeping it that way. Everything is in great condition.

I love Jamba juice, the down side is when ordering at this location they don’t fill your cup. If you want a medium order a large, if you want a small order a medium, if you want a large you are out of luck.

Out of the 3 times I’ve been, it’s all been consistant. My smoothies are exactly what they were supposed to be, accepted my coupon from my cell phone, lines moved quick, clean inside and outside, even put my smoothie in the fridge while I was next door ordering food for my husband. Good customer service, a couple of the employees need to smile a little more, but overall, good visits and I’d come back to this location.
