DiVine Wine & Spirits

They seem to be going downhill of late… note that the other reviews are from 2012 – 14. Early on, the owner would make an effort to cater to customers, asking about feedback on product selection. Lately, he’s nowhere to be seen, and the employees, while for the most part friendly, seem disinterested. Usually, they are more focused on the television than anything going on in the store. One employee in particular, (the blonde woman who has been there for years), is, at her best, bored and disinterested, and at her worst, surly. After one too many negative experiences with members of their staff, I will personally be shopping elsewhere.
I feel for the owner, as he is stuck in what should have been a great location, only to find his business surround by empty storefronts. I do wish the store well, but they do need to take a closer look at their customer experience.

This is the best place to shop in Central MA for all of your wine, beer, and spirits. The Owner is amazing and he has the most incredible staff.

DiVine’s is a great shop. The owner is friendly and super helpful, and his well trained staff is always there to meet your needs. The store is large, but the staff feels very small-​town — this makes for an excellent shopping experience. I only go in about once a month, but they always recognize me. Plus, we recently moved and the owner gave me a ton of boxes.

Nice, clean, incredibly stocked, and great prices. And the owner and staff are lovely to boot! Its one of those places where everyone knows your name!

I had NO idea that a beautiful liquor store was just outside of Roche Brothers in Westborough! The place was immaculate & well stocked. I found everything I needed without assistance. The cashier was knowledgable & friendly. Definitely stopping back here to restock our bar :)
