Windsor Ridge at Westborough

Horrible place to live. Our car got broken into in the parking lot overnight. Also I saw a news reporting one of the resident’s home got broken into. Street lights would get turned off at night making this place a perfect place for crimes. I certainly cannot recommend this place especially if you have kids. I suggest looking into Shrewsbury Commons or Craigslist where you can find good deals if you are looking into renting a house.
Couple months into living there, the winter came and realized my room did not have adequate heating. When I tried to address this issue, the redhead caucasian lady staff said they can’t fix it because there is someone living down stairs. Then she tried to rent us another unit that was more expensive saying this is the only unit available.
My room was cold and did not have heating and you attempted to make more money by trying to charge higher rent even though you know this is failure of your property… even though your failure was causing me and my family the inconvenience of living in cold room and the best solution for you was showing me more expensive place to move… again… you saw our suffering as an opportunity to increase profit. You did not even budge to just offer that place for the same price because you just didn’t care and it was not your family that dealt with a room with broken heating system.
UNBELIEVABLE!!! How do you sleep at night with this kind of mindset to practice??? I mean seriously come on. Westborough is a very small town. And this whole property was small enough that I knew who is who and who’s daughter and son went to the school. Shame on you lady.
Oh and btw that tennis court gym swimming pool were available only with extra fee. Notice how the places are usually empty???

This place is an overpriced garbage dump. The location is the only thing they get a star for. The property manager is rude and virtually useless. The property is not well maintained, the parking is absurd unless you don’t mind parking a ¼ mile from your unit, the quality of people who live there are disgusting and 1800 for a 1 bedroom??? I think not… Stay away from this poor housing development.

This is a great place to live, for a year or two. Check off 4 or 5 stars for pretty much any requirement you have. I’m sure others will disagree but this place is maintained well, maintenance staff is A+.
Here’s the kicker, expect rental increases of $ 100 or more every year. This is not a place for long term living. There are tenants that have been living here for many years, which is shocking because for the rent they charge, you could buy a house in the surrounding area.
My advice, If you can’t pay more than what your original lease rate is, don’t move in!

I went to tour Windsor Ridge over the weekend and was extremely pleased =) Katelynn, the marketing rep, was very professional and helpful. She gave us a ton of information about the community and answered all of our questions. The property is very well-​maintained and I am definitely going to be keeping in touch with Katelynn as I get closer to making a decision.
