I have been on the phone for a half hour trying to place a pick up order. Someone picked up ONE time out of the 10 calls, had me hold, and hung up on me. Every other time it rings off the hook and hangs up on me. The worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced! I want to get through just to make a complaint! I will NEVER be ordering from here again! Furious!

The worst ribs I have ever eaten. Rubbery and it made me throw up, literally throw up. They call them St. Louis ribs, I’ve eaten St. Louis ribs, they don’t even remotely look or taste like SLR.

How come these boston markets don’t have a drive thru? Lost a star, that’s a little bit annoying. this location is pretty big. has lots of seating. not the cleanliest, not that it looks dirty, just kind of messy. Its near a lot of shopping centers so they get really busy, guess its hard to keep up. Always kind of a long line, but I think that happens at pretty much any BM since you have some many choices when ordering. the food: who doesn’t like BM? Chicken, turkey, meatloaf, tons of great sides like stuffing and loaded potatoes, they have awsum pot pies and great sandwiches. Food is always pretty fresh at this spot and they pretty much have everything on the menu. I like the BM is out there, sometimes you just to want to go to these burger places. price: super reasonable, its like 7 or 8 bucks for half chicken meal with two sides and a corn bread, 6.50ish for there sandwiches, they have combos and the pot pie is 5 bucks! restroom alert… needs to be cleaner!

It’s OK, I like their sandwiches and at $ 6.49 it beats the typical crap at McDonald’s, Wendy’s etc. They carve the meat fresh for the sandwich so I was happy with that. Two issues; Staff needs to do a much better job at cleaning the bathrooms(every single time I go they are filthy and the staff needs to do a better job cleaning the tables as guests leave and emptying the trash. The drink station can be messy as well. Oh, Boston Market… what you should do is have the staff add the sides in LAST, after the chicken/sandwiches…every time I go my side is cold by the time I sit because they prepare it first and then the sandwich.

The food is decent but overpriced. It’s better than most fast food, but to feed a family of four it’s big bucks.

I used to be a huge BM fan, eating there quite often with my Mom when I lived in Queens. However upon moving to Westbury a little less than a year ago, my experiences at the BM on Old Country Road has turned me off to this place entirely and I refuse to go back. Everytime I went in this place they were always out of something, chicken(can you imagine?!), turkey, and macaroni and cheese to name a few. This has happened to me at least 3 – 4 times in a row whenever I would go there, regardless of the day M-S or the time(normally your average dinner time). And there is never any mention of it while on line or a sign up, so after I wait on line for 20 minutes is when you want to tell me you ran out of what I came here for? Prior to this the staff would often fail to cover the to go plates correctly and when Id get home my food is all over the bag. I have written to BM headquarters and have complained about this. I received an automated response(do not reply to this email type of response) that they received my concerns and I would have back from them soon. Its now been 3 months and other than the automated response I have yet to hear back from them. This is not how to run a food chain, especially on Old Country Road with about 600 other food options for me to go to.

The only fast food place I would go to. It’s a healthier option than the usual fast food places that are around. Plus it’s healthier, with their choices of steamed vegetables, and since the chicken is not fried like KFC or Popeye’s it’s definitely the healthier choice! Their rotisserie chicken is outstanding! I usually get the half chicken platter, it’s cooked to perfection a golden brown. Their sides are really good too. Try the mashed potato with gravy, mixed vegetables, mac & cheese(the best I’ve had, even better than some restaurants I’ve been to) and corn. I tried their new Mediterranean Green Beans side, but didn’t care much for it. Tasted like it was smoked rather than steamed, felt like I was eating something that was sitting in a burning building. Aside from that, everything was amazing. Their corn bread is also really good and is a nice accompaniment to the chicken. This particular location is very nice; it’s in a nice area and is clean and well kept. I like the fact that they give you real plates not plastic ones, and metal utensils. And if they notice you need help bring your tray to the table, they will bring it for you. Another nice touch is the little note they have on the table«We hope you enjoyed your meal, feel free to leave the plates on the table and leave the clean up to us». It’s almost like you’re in a waiter service restaurant. And you can’t go wrong with the price, average price per person is about $ 10 with a beverage. Now that’s dirt cheap for really good quality food! Their service is super-fast as everything is ready to go. The staff very friendly and always offer to help you.

This place is a great addition to any lunchtime repertoire especially if you are tired of the same ol’ burger and fry joints. The rotisserie chicken is great and they have plenty of good sides to choose from. Pretty good value too.

Ate here while I was waiting for Wal MArt to reopen from their power outage. Had not eaten at a Boston Market in years. It is pretty solid for the price. The chicken plates are much better than their sandwiches. I would lean that way.

My friend from work is in love with Boston Market and has been recently taking us here during our lunchtime excursions. Its funny but, in the past, I was never too thrilled with the food. But now? I love it too. The rotesserie chicken is good. Their apple side dish is delicious and their cornbread is surprisingly good. BM has officially become one of my favorite go-to spots for lunch.
