Arrived during New Years week to meet with some friends. Plenty of parking, although most of the people parking were going to other restaurants nearby. Wasn’t a big selection of food to pick and from what was on the list wasn’t a variety. Food was ok; not great, just ok and expensive.

Very nice place for a quiet-ish dinner without being boring. A bit pricier than your usual American cuisine chain but worth it.

This is our favorite local restaurant for a good meal. Service is always impeccable. I particularly appreciate their ability to handle food sensitivities, allergies and preferences. My husband’s favorite meal is the Mediterranean Chicken Risotto, which we both love. I got the Salmon Romesco from the gluten-free menu and it was wonderful. Warm, spicy and perfectly seared. You can’t go wrong here!

Been here twice now, first time was on a suggestion from a friend who mentioned their care in gluten-sensitive and dairy sensitive dining for my wife. So we went, with our little bug(that’s what we call our child, shes cute as shit) Any who, I digress… We went for the first time on Thanksgiving eve, it was busy even at 4:45(dining time with a 10 month old), we got a nice seat and a waiter who was very kind and doting to us and the bug. I got a salmon sandwich and my wife got a fish sandwich, both were delicious sandwiches and the sides were good not just simply extra food to make you full. They give you a great choice of seasonal vegetables(not like 99… surpise corn is our seasonal veggie again, jamokes, but I do love the 99). Side options are great, and the main dishes are excellent. There is also a good drink menu, try the Bantam Cider, its delish. After that go over to Westford Wine and Spirits and buy a 4 pack(expensive for a 4 pack but better than that Angry Orchard piss people drink). Anyways the second time we went was yesterday, and our server was more informative this time. Square dishes = gluten free, so wife don’t eat anything off a circle dish, for it is my non-gluten-sensitive food my dear. Smart idea, they also gave us foccacia bread this time gluten and non-gluten free with oil(after a few returns you sometimes have to request the Bread which is weird). Frigin delish, how did the kind guy not tell us about this the first time!!! Food was once again great, they ask immediately if you have any food allergies and give you an appropriate menu. Then the servers ask again and everything(almost) is made from scratch in their kitchen so it can be prepared accordingly. You can watch it made because the kitchen is open to the restaurant, and on a quite night you can even hear your waitress(god bless her) re-check with the cook to make sure it is gluten-free!!! Little bug can even eat fish from your wife right off the table and she loves it! There is also a nice bar and bar seating area. Burton’s does a great job!

I got the Mediterranean risotto, but was given one with chicken. I did not specify that I wanted veggie even though I had a vegetarian menu, but it’s ok I picked the chicken out. However I could see this being an issue for some people. The risotto was very good and filling. Bread is awesome. I got two mochas which were delightful, no non dairy milk which I think is silly because there’s a veg menu and gluten free. French fries need some work. Chocolate torte is awesome. I’ve gotten crab cakes and Salmon here in the past and both are awesome. Good portion sizes. I enjoy coming here a lot!

Great atmosphere. Hosts were well mannered and friendly. Waiter was like a used car salesman. And no where to be found when needed. Bartender looked miserable. And made a poor mojito. After I sent it back because she clearly didn’t know how to make one. She continued to roll her eyes and stare at me. Also, when the manager would approach her about different things, she would roll her eyes as he walked away. Great food, great atmosphere, poor wait staff. Strong management is needed.

Waiting was too long service sucked. the bread was good though, and it took 35 minutes for the salad to show up. we got our bread 20 minutes after we were seated. they gave me a salad when I didn’t order one. THISPLACESUCKS!

My wife and I love this place. It’s very close to my place of work and it’s appropriate for a quick lunch or for special occasion. The service is always efficient and friendly. Their seafood options are great. I only wish that they would expand their lunch menu.

Normally fantastic! I usually get risotto here and it’s great. The only problem is that service can be a bit uneven. Sometimes it’s perfect and on other nights I can spend 30 minutes waiting for my drink order to arrive(usually just wine!).

Beware this is an expensive place, although Unilocal recommends this as a $$ place. Food is amazing and have great selection of beers. Be sure to ask what the Market Catch for the day is.

This was a nice location — close to our hotel. We tried the Legit scratch Calamari(Good), Buffalo Chicken Dip(Great!), Beet Salad(Great), Crab Cake(Great), Filet(Very Tender). This is worth another trip to try some of the other tasty menu items.

Love the atmosphere, drinks and food! Came here the other night and boy was my fiancé and I impressed! Everything is made from scratch in the kitchen so they are great about substitutions and those who have allergies can eat anything there. Food is so good you can tell is fresh and made there. Our server was great. Very attentive and brought us everything we needed. Their outside seating is awesome with a big fire pit and nice tables. Inside is really upscale, relaxing and cozy as well! We sat outside on one of the most beautiful nights of the summer. Drinks: Amazing martinis and margaritas. Food: Best pesto dip for ficcaca bread ever. .Their dry rub wings are incredible… cooked prefect and bursting with flavor! Buffalo chicken dip and chips was gone in seconds it was so good. Steak frites was so flavorful and tender. Parmasean Fries were bomb! Desserts were omg… so awesome too… Crème Brule, Chocolate Raspberry flour less torte was so Rich and so good and the key lime pie was awesome. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Service was EXCELLENT! I went there as a pit stop on a road trip and couldn’t believe that they’re a chain restaurant. I enjoyed how friendly and attentive the wait staff were. I personally don’t have any gluten sensitivity, but if that your thing, then they definitely cater towards that. Although they’re a chain style restaurant, they’re a scratch kitchen, which is really nice to know. Cool place, I’d definitely go back

What I like about this place is that it is so gluten free friendly — makes my mom so much more comfortable when we go out to eat! However, I have several qualms. We went here for lunch, and I really feel like the food is overpriced. I had the mussels($ 15) which were mediocre, and we shared the fried calamari(good, but not great). The real issue(and reason it is 3 stars and not more) was that although the service was attentive, I never, never want to be called«darlin» or «hon» by a server — ESPECIALLY a male server. Especially in what should be a nice restaurant. I’m sure it was just a slip of the tongue and of course not intended to offend, but as a professional and a woman, I don’t think it is appropriate to use that sort of language toward customers. This is a simple fix and some women will be offended by this, so please tell your servers! Finally, we had to move because it was so cold in there. If there is any way to make the AC a little less intense(especially in the middle of the day in the summer when people come in in dresses etc) that would be so much more comfortable.

I used to really like Burton’s — all locations. However, I feel that the menu is so limited and they don’t change it very often. I’m not a particularly fussy eater, but I find there are only 2 or 3 items on the menu that I order. Sure wish they would change up the menu more often. Of the items I order, the burger is the best. Unfortunately, you can’t order it medium rare, but it is still tasty!

Very, very gluten free friendly. Vegetarian and vegan friendly. From scratch kitchen. AWESOMEFOOD! Gluten free clam chowder. Gluten free foccacia. Parmesan fries, to die for! A complete indulgence, gluten allergy or not. If you are looking for a good bar, a place to take your friends/guests for a great meal, or just a fancy dinner for you and your loved one, seriously check out Burton’s!

Not impressed. Had a bad experience and came back for a second try because the manager sent me a gift card and I am disappointed. Service is ok. Food is mediocre. Overall experience should have been a lot better than what I expect. Prices and offerings seem great but they are missing something.

I’ve been to this Burton’s Grill three times. All three times, my server was great. They are great a refilling your water. The restaurant is pretty big and you can see right into the kitchen, which is a scratch kitchen. Which means they will try and do their best to make your meal to your liking, ex: take beets out of your salad, or garlic out of your pasta, etc. because everything is made fresh. The third time I was there was a Monday. I’m not sure if they do it anymore but they had $ 1 oysters! We each got 12! Thy so fresh and delicious. I would go back more if I lived closed. :’(

What a warm and wonderful place to enjoy a fantastic meal! The wait staff is exceptionally friendly and the Filet was absolutely fabulous! I come to Westford on occasion and will definitely pay Burton;s a future visit.

Burton’s holds good food and a comfortable upper-scale atmosphere inside its walls. The food was delicious and prepared well, while the service, well, was somewhat decent. Our server was competent, but not pleasant. She got what we asked for and came back every now and then to ask how our meals were, without ever cracking a smile or being remotely personable. Burton’s deserves recognition for its efforts in the food allergy area. Our server told us that everything in the kitchen is made to order, and if anyone has a specific food allergy they accommodate it and bring the foods out on plates special to the table. They take the extra measure to insure that patrons with food allergies are properly accommodated – a key and worthwhile service that many restaurants don’t offer. Give one to Burton’s for filling a food service niche!
